    摘要: A liquid sealed mount 10 is composed of a vibration damping body 13 and a ring-shaped elastic body 14, the vibration damping body 13 is attached to a vehicle body frame 11, and the ring-shaped elastic body 14 absorbing vibration is incorporated between the vehicle body frame 11 and a bottom-wall side member 12. Owing to this, since the vehicle body frame 11 receives a load, a case 16 is not deformed. There is no need of making strength of the vibration damping body 13 higher, whereby reduction in weight and costs and downsizing are achieved. Since a load is applied in a compression direction of the ring-shaped elastic body 14, some cracks are prevented from occurring in the ring-shaped elastic body 14. Since both a vibration absorbing function and a vibration damping function are simultaneously provided, sufficient damping performance can be secured.

    摘要: A fluid filled vibration damping device includes an elastic body connecting a first and a second mounting member to close one opening of the second mounting member, and a lid member is fixed caulkwise to a shoulder of the second mounting member to close the other opening of the second mounting member, thereby providing a fluid chamber filled with a noncomporessible fluid. A partition member of outside diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the cylindrical caulking portion is formed with engaging projections rising up with a uplift cutout form. The engaging projections is fit into the second mounting member with the partition member superimposed on the shoulder so that the second mounting member is positioned in an axis-perpendicular direction to the second mounting member. Cutout openings left after the engaging projections have been formed are closed by a sealing portion.

The partition member defines an orifice passage connecting the two chambers, and including a first partitioning wall portion partitioning the orifice passage from the pressure-receiving chamber, and a second partitioning wall portion of rubber partitioning the orifice passage from the equilibrium chamber. A partial reinforcing member is provided to the partition member extending across the first and second partitioning wall portions to reinforce an opening of the orifice passage to the pressure-receiving chamber.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a vibration damper, in particular for a helicopter rotor, the damper comprising a driving element having a "main" axis and a rigid element, and including a damping assembly functionally interconnecting the driving element and the rigid element to damp vibrations in at least one direction perpendicular to said main axis. The damper includes a hydraulic damper device having first and second sets of plane laminations each having its plane perpendicular to the main axis, the laminations of the first and second sets being interleaved and narrowly spaced apart so as to present viscous damping zones each situated between one of the laminations of the first set and one of the laminations of the second set. The damper includes an elastic element having low stiffness parallel to the main axis so as to decouple compression excitation between the driving element and the rigid element.

    摘要: A liquid sealed-type vibration-insulating device includes an upper connection member to be mounted on a vibrating member; a lower connection member of a cup-shape to be mounted on a member on a vehicle body; a vibration-insulating rubber member provided between the upper and lower connection members; an annular plate fixedly secured to a lower portion of the vibration-insulating rubber member; a tubular metal member connecting the annular plate to an upper open end of the lower connection member; a heat-resistant rubber sheet member connected between an upper open end of the tubular metal member and the upper connection member; a main liquid chamber formed by the vibration-insulating rubber member and the lower connection member; an auxiliary liquid chamber formed by the vibration-insulating rubber member and the heat-resistant rubber sheet member; an orifice communicating the main liquid chamber with the auxiliary liquid chamber; and a stopper member which is connected to the upper connection member and is located within the main liquid chamber. The stopper member abuts against the annular plate and a bottom of the lower connection member which serves as a stopper mechanism operative in upward and downward directions. The stopper also abuts against a side wall of the lower connection member which serves as a stopper mechanism operative in a radial direction.
