Abstract:
A new and improved fishing equipment storage apparatus comprising a vertical rectangular base having an aperture formed therethrough. The aperture serves to allow the vertical rectangular base to be mounted to a wall. An upper panel is integral with the vertical rectangular base downwardly of the aperture formed therethrough. The upper panel has a plurality of soft foam strips secured to a front surface thereof. The plurality of soft foam strips serve to receive fishing rod tips securably therein. Included in the device is an upper shelf having an extension integral therewith. The extension has an upper portion of a shelf bracket secured thereto. A lower portion of the shelf bracket is secured to the vertical rectangular base downwardly of the upper panel. A bottom panel is integral with the vertical rectangular panel upwardly of a lower end thereof. The bottom panel has a plurality of recesses therein. The recesses serve to receive ends of the fishing rods therein.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a device for hanging boots comprising a mounting bar and a plurality of clips, one for each boot. The mounting bar can be secured to a vertical or horizontal surface and includes a metallic contact surface and an upwardly directed supporting surface. Each clip includes two spring-biased leg members for grasping an article and a magnet for securing the clip to the metallic contact surface of the mount. The upwardly directed supporting surface prevents the clips from sliding off the contact surface because of the weight of the supported boot.
Abstract:
A suspender hangar apparatus is disclosed for holding a plurality of suspenders. The hangar includes a mounting block, a lower portion having a clip to grip the suspenders, and an upper portion having two laterally extending arms over which the suspenders are draped.
Abstract:
A shoe box is disclosed for safely and temporarily holding shoes of a hotel guest on the outside of a hotel room door so that the shoes can be picked up, shined and returned and which does not require that the hotel guest have a key to open the shoe box. The box is substantially rectangularly shaped and includes a top wall, a bottom wall and a pair of side walls. The back of the box includes a border around the perimeter defining an opening for insertion and removal of the shoes by the guest when the box is removed from the door. A hinged cover including a lock can only be opened by an attendant for removing the shoes for polishing or for replacing them. The top rear of the box carries a bracket which fits over the top of a door to suspend the box thereon with the back of the box flush against the door. Cushing material on the back of the box and on the inside of the cover reduce the noise which would otherwise be created when the box was being hung on the door or when the cover was being closed.
Abstract:
A device for supporting and storing one or more articles, such as a pair of shoes, in upright positions on a vertical surface, such as a wall or side of a door. The device includes a pair of elongated, support members that are adapted to be secured to the vertical surface in vertically extending, laterally spaced relation. Each support member includes a mounting portion, a retaining portion spaced from the mounting portion, and an obliquely extending connecting portion that connects the mounting and retaining portions. A crossbar extends between the mounting portions of the supprot members and retains the support members in laterally spaced, parallel relation. When the device is mounted on a vertical surface, the retaining portions are spaced from the surface.
Abstract:
A boot support device including a pair of shanks which engage each other intermediate their ends but closest to the upper end of the device. The inter-engagement of the shanks effects a rocking movement between the shanks to cause the lower ends of the shanks to move apart to facilitate insertion into the legs of boots. The divergence of the lower ends is effected by causing sections of the shanks near the upper ends to be squeezed together. A predetermined divergence may be effected by movement into a certain position of a hollow slider which is displaceable along the shanks. Divergence of the lower ends of the shanks may also be effected by manually squeezing together opposed sides of a loop-shaped connection extending between the shanks at the upper end.
Abstract:
Procedure and device for marking of data distinguishing an article of clothing in respect of size, quality, color, manufacturing data, delivery, pattern, price or other marketing data, etc., on a clotheshanger, the label belonging to the article of clothing and affixed to it close to the hanger by a thread being detachably affixed to the carrier in an easily visible position while remaining secured to the article.
Abstract:
A shoe hanger including individual inserts that deform and frictionally engage the inner surfaces of a shoe between the insole and vamp. Each insert includes an elongated core and protruding resilient surfaces spaced along the length of the core for frictional engagement within the shoe. A suitable support extends rearwardly from the core. The resilient members are illustrated as transverse fins or bristles having coplanar lower transverse surfaces and convex upper transverse surfaces. Individual fins are progressively wider and higher relative to one another from front to back along the length of the core.
Abstract:
A hanger for holding a pair of boots in an inverted position. A pair of separately formed wire elements are included, each of the elements having its ends formed in a different U-shape. The Ushapes are positioned in common planes respectively, with the open ends of the U-shapes in juxtaposed position, one to the other.
Abstract:
A coat rack - umbrella stand unit consisting of a hollow base having in its upper surface a number of peripheral holes for umbrellas and a central hole in which is placed a tubular element at whose upper end is placed a coat rack element. The tubular element can be dismantled into a number of parts and the individual parts fitted into the umbrella holes, the coat rack being rested on them to reduce the bulk of the packaging.
