摘要: A utility provisioning station for providing utility services to a consumer. The utility provisioning station includes a power supply, a water storage tank, a sewage storage tank, a communications module, an ecommerce interface, and a controller. The power supply supplies electrical power service to the consumer. The water storage tank retains and supplies water service to the consumer. The sewage storage tank provides wastewater services by receiving and retaining wastewater from the consumer. The communications module provides telecommunications services to the consumer. The ecommerce interface receives requests for selected utility services. The controller controls the power supply, the water storage tank, the sewage storage tank, and the communications module, and directs the selected utility services to be provided to the consumer.

摘要: A power control module comprising low voltage (LV) port for receiving low supply voltage via LV supply line, high voltage (HV) input port for receiving high supply voltage via HV supply line, wherein high supply voltage is higher than low supply voltage, LV output port for providing low output voltage, HV output port for providing high output voltage, LV node coupled to LV input port, HV node coupled to HV input port, bypass circuit coupled between LV and HV nodes, LV protection circuit coupled between LV node and LV output port, and control circuitry configured to detect power fault on either LV or HV supply line, isolate the LV and HV nodes from LV and HV supply lines, provide backup voltage to LV node, and cause LV protection circuit to regulate backup voltage at LV node to maintain low output voltage at LV output port to within predetermined operating range.

摘要: An energy management method capable of increasing stability of energy supply is applied to an energy storage device. The energy storage device includes a casing, an energy storage unit, an electronic latching component and a control unit. The energy storage unit is detachably disposed inside the casing. A constraining structure is disposed on an outer surface of the energy storage unit. The electronic latching component is disposed on the casing. The control unit is electrically connected to the energy storage unit and the electronic latching component. The control unit detects storage capacity of the energy storage unit, compares the storage capacity with a threshold, and determines whether to engage the electronic latching component with the constraining structure in accordance with a comparison result, so as to constrain a movement of the energy storage unit relative to the casing.

摘要: A natural gas or liquified propane powered generator incorporated into a HVAC unit, for supplying emergency power to a residence or commercial business. The generator is contained within an exterior cabinet that houses HVAC components for both packaged and split systems. The packaged unit is arranged so that the generator is included within the exterior cabinet and the split unit is arranged so that the generator is positioned beneath the split unit. The generator operates from natural gas or liquified propane supplied to the home or from a portable liquified propane tank, if the supply of natural gas or liquified propane is terminated. In the event of a power failure, the user manually operates the generator or an automatic transfer switch can be utilized. On-site electronics are included to allow a user to monitor the system from a smart phone or other electronic device.
