摘要： A spring biased pivot assembly for operative connection across a lower edge of a self-returning door structure. An adjustable spacer projects outwardly from a downwardly extending shoulder structure and towards a tension pin in tangential relation to the axis of rotation. The spacer contacts the tension pin when the door structure is in its normal position thereby maintaining separation between the tension pin and the shoulder structure and blocking complete release of spring tension.

The home bar unit door has a support bracket connected to the opening of the home bar unit, a movable bracket connected to the home bar unit door that rotates together with the home bar unit door, and a stopper unit including a first stopper provided at the movable bracket that rotates together with the movable bracket, and a second stopper provided at the support bracket that restricts the rotation of the home bar unit door when the home bar unit door is positioned at an open position thereof. With this configuration, the present invention provides a refrigerator in which opposite sides of a home bar unit door are not blocked by any links when the home bar unit door is opened, and also provides an appearance that is tidy.

摘要： A double-acting door closure device that automatically returns a double-acting door to a preferred center position comprises first and second members each having a helical end surface extending transversely of its center axis. The first member is secured in spaced relation to a door jamb and the second member is mounted on and secured to a door post that extends through and is rotatable in the first member, with the helical end surface of the second member facing and engaging the helical end surface of the first member. The helical end surfaces coact with one another to gravitationally return a door attached to the door post to a closed position automatically after the door has been pushed opened and then released.

摘要： An adjustable automatic positioning hinge for a glass door includes a doorframe mount, a body, a spindle, a positioning device, a door bracket and two adjusting screws. The body is attached to the doorframe mount and rotatably holds the spindle. The spindle has an exterior surface and two inclined adjusting flats defined in the exterior surface. The positioning device is mounted in the body to position the spindle. The door bracket holds the spindle and clamps a glass panel. The adjusting screws are mounted in the door bracket and respectively have an inside end abutting the corresponding inclined adjusting flat. Consequently, the adjustable hinge is simple, and small adjustments can be made to align the glass panel with a doorframe of the glass door.

摘要： A multipurpose hinge apparatus having an automatic return function is provided in which the apparatus is installed between the door and a main body. The apparatus includes a driving mechanism for ascending and descending a piston rod according to opening and closing of the door which is installed in the upper portion of a cylindrical housing. A piston is connected with the piston rod, in which a one-direction check valve is installed in the piston. The piston partitions an upper chamber and a lower chamber and ascends and descends in association with the piston rod. A first oil path communicates with the upper and lower chambers via the lower portion of the piston rod in the central portion of the piston. A compression spring which makes the piston ascend is inserted into the lower chamber. Oil is filled in the chamber. Thus, the hinge apparatus is automatically returned to the initial position with return speed in multiple steps by controlling an amount of oil flowing from upper chamber to lower chamber in multiple steps when a door is closed.
