    摘要： An apparatus for holding a footwear heel to a snow travel aid is provided. The apparatus comprises a mountable base connected to a generally vertical post and an upper portion having at least one forward connector for connecting the upper portion to the heel. The upper portion is rotatable on the post between a downhill position and at least one touring position and comprises at least one part which travels over a prominence at a fixed location relative to the upper portion during rotation from the downhill position to the touring position. The at least one part becomes engageable with a depression adjacent the prominence when the upper portion is in the touring position to resist rotation from the touring position back to the downhill position. The post comprises a feature that provides clearance for the at least one part to travel over the prominence or which functions as the prominence and depression. Also provided are posts for use as a part in such an apparatus.

The latching mechanism includes a latching lever which can be operated manually or using a ski pole and which latches the heel retainer at least in the travelling position, wherein the parts of the heel retainer for changing from the travelling position to the walking position and vice versa can be linearly shifted on the base plate.

    摘要： A ski binding device for fastening a boot on a ski is described. The device includes a toepiece and a heelpiece fixed to the ski and structured to selectively retain the boot. The heelpiece includes a turret and a hooking projecting appendix (“HPA”) that juts out from the turret towards the toepiece while remaining substantially parallel to a first reference axis. The HPA includes a latch element insertable through the turret and configured to move forwards and backwards with respect to the turret parallel to the first reference axis. The turret includes a heel rising member movable from and towards a working position supporting the boot in a raised position and a mechanical connecting member connecting the heel rising member to the latch element to transmit the translating motion of the latch element to the heel rising member to move the heel rising member substantially together with the latch element.
