摘要： A nail gun switch mechanism includes a gun body and a trigger. A safety slidable bar has a bottom part which extends outside of a hitting mouth at a bottom of the gun body. The trigger has a trigger lever being pivotably disposed therein. A top part of the safety slidable bar extends near to an end of the trigger and a swing arm is pivotably disposed on the top part of the safety slidable bar. The swing arm includes an arm part extending from a pivotal center of the swing arm and a push part extending from the arm part toward outside. The push part is configured to be switched to a first or a second swing position and thus driven by the safety slidable bar to touch the trigger lever so as to operate the nail gun in a sequential or a contact actuation mode.

摘要： A bushing for conducting air in a nail gun is arranged between an air chamber and a cylinder received in a housing of the nail gun. The bushing is adjacent to a bottom of a main valve for driving hitting motion of the nail gun. A number of main valve holes that are adjacent to the main valve are formed in a sidewall of the cylinder. At least one air inlet is formed in a bottom of a sidewall of the cylinder. An air flow passage is defined in the housing and is in communication with the main valve and the air hole. A valve plug which is configured for opening or closing the air flow passage is received in the air flow passage. The valve plug divides the air flow passage into an upper portion and a lower portion. The lower portion is formed in the housing. An annular end surface is formed on a top of the bushing. The annular end surface defines a main air inlet for the main valve. An end portion extends from the bushing and having the upper portion of the air flow passage formed therein. The bushing further includes at least one upper air hole in communication with the air chamber, the main inlet and the upper portion of the air flow passage.

摘要： A control device for hitting nails of a pneumatic nail gun includes a control valve. The control valve is arranged in a main air flow passage between a trigger of the nail gun and the main air valve. The control valve has valve cover to open or close the main air flow passage. A valve bolt is slidably disposed in the valve cover. The valve bolt can be driven by the high pressure air to move down. A safety slide pole is slidably disposed in a gun body for blocking or releasing the valve bolt to move down. Therefore, a position of the safety slide pole can reflect a height of a work part which to be nailed. The valve bolt can detect the height reflected by the safety slide pole to guide in the high pressure air from the main air flow passage to hit nails. Thus, the controlling stability is enhanced. The components are also simplified.

摘要： A nail pusher locating device for a magazine assembly has a nail pusher slidingly disposed in the magazine assembly; and a first elastic element between the magazine assembly and the nail pusher for driving the nail pusher to move toward a top end of the magazine assembly. The nail pusher has at least one bended-shaped guiding groove. The guiding groove has an entrance, an exit, and a capturing notch, opening to the top end, and a ridge protruding from an inner sidewall thereof, opposite to the capturing notch. The nail pusher further has a guiding flange slantwise extending to the entrance. The magazine assembly has a sway arm pivotally disposed at a tail end thereof, which has at least one guiding pole corresponding to the guiding flange. In addition, a second elastic element is provided between the tail end and the sway arm.

The OTP memory includes an instruction memory region for storing instructions and a parameter memory region for storing standard parameters for proofreading. The MCU computes a measured result according to the standard parameters. The IC can operate without an external memory, therefore, the proofreading procedure using the IC is simplified, and the cost of the terminal product using the IC can be reduced.

摘要： A pneumatic nail gun includes a gun body, a movable cylinder, a piston and a slidable sleeve valve. The gun body has a main air housing collecting a compressed high pressure air with a constant pressure, and a trigger at one end of the main air housing driving the high pressure air to shoot a nail. The movable cylinder is disposed in the main housing, which moves upward when the trigger is pressed, and moves downward for reposition when the trigger is released. The piston is slidably movably disposed in the cylinder, which has a driver blade extending from the piston. The driver blade protrudes out of the gun body for punching against the nail in accordance with a downward movement of the piston. The slidable sleeve valve is assembled at an outer peripheral surface of the cylinder, which introduces high pressure air to drive the piston move upward when the cylinder moves downward to its lower dead center, and is driven downward after the piston moves to its upper dead center.
