Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a display area including a transparent display area and an opaque display area surrounding the transparent display area. In the display area, the display panel also includes a backlight and a liquid crystal display panel. The backlight includes a first through hole corresponding to the transparent display area. The liquid crystal display panel is disposed over the backlight. The liquid crystal display panel includes a driving layer and a liquid crystal layer. The driving layer includes a first driving circuit and a second driving circuit. The liquid crystal layer includes a first liquid crystal region corresponding to the transparent display area and a second liquid crystal region corresponding to the opaque display area. The first driving circuit corresponds to the first liquid crystal region. The second driving circuit corresponds to the second liquid crystal region.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a display panel and a display device. In an array substrate of the display panel, at least two protrusions are defined on a side of a non-display region away from a display region to form an extending portion. A recess is defined between adjacent protrusions. A driver chip is disposed in a space between a periphery of a display region and a periphery of a non-display region. Distances between the driver chip, the periphery of the display region, and the periphery of the non-display region are increased. A bending section of a flexible circuit board is disposed in the recess. As a result, width of the non-display region will not be increased.

Abstract: A display device and a display optimization method are disclosed. The display device includes a display screen configured to provide a first display region and a second display region; a first backlight member disposed within the first display region; a light guiding member, a second backlight member, and a camera disposed within the second display region; and a controller adjusting backlight-current of one of the first backlight member and the second backlight member according to a difference between two backlight-brightness levels which are measured within the first display region and the second display region until the two backlight-brightness levels are the same ones. Therefore, it can solve a problem of a visual difference within a display region in the prior art.

Abstract: The present invention provides a panel device for the under-display camera. The panel device includes a display panel, a backlight module, a light guiding member, and a light source member. The backlight module is provided with a first opening. The light guiding member is inserted into the first opening for guiding light entering the light guiding member to a display panel area corresponding to the first opening. The light source member provides a light source for the light guiding member. The light source member is turned off when the under-display camera is turned on, and the light source member is turned on or off when the under-display camera is turned off. Therefore, a through hole or a blind hole on the display panel can be re-displayed, and the image quality that can be obtained by the under-display camera is still maintained.
