    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first network node may obtain a time division duplexing (TDD) split configuration, for inter-node interference mitigation, that is based at least in part on at least one of a subset of compatible beam pairs of a set of beam pairs or a subset of non-compatible beam pairs of the set of beam pairs, and that indicates a first restriction duration and a second restriction duration, a beam pair of the set of beam pairs comprising an uplink beam associated with the first network node and a downlink beam associated with a second network node. The first network node may communicate with at least one user equipment (UE) based at least in part on the TDD split configuration for inter-node interference mitigation.     Abstract: Some techniques and apparatuses described herein provide generation of a set of orthogonal sequences for transmission of a signal including a payload using an orthogonal base sequence in a time domain. In one example, the orthogonal base sequence in the time domain may be a pi over 2 (pi/2) binary phase shift keying (BPSK) sequence in the time domain, such as prior to transform precoding for transmission. Some techniques and apparatuses described herein provide for the set of orthogonal sequences to be generated such that the set of orthogonal sequences are orthogonal within a symbol (e.g., an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing symbol) by applying an intra-symbol orthogonal cover code (OCC). Applying the intra-symbol OCC provides intra-symbol orthogonality. Thus, a peak to average power ratio of a user equipment is reduced for uplink transmissions and intra-symbol orthogonality is preserved.

    Abstract: A configuration for a UE that measures CLI to determine the reception timing of the CLI signal transmitted from a UE in another cell. Aspects of a method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium are presented herein that provide a solution to the problem of measuring CLI signals by improving the manner in which a wireless device determines the reception timing of a transmitted CLI signal. An apparatus receives a first downlink signal from a first base station. The apparatus receiving a second downlink signal from a second base station. The apparatus determines a CLI signal measurement from a second UE received at the first UE based on a propagation delay difference, the propagation delay difference being based on the first downlink signal and the second downlink signal.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to a relay node, and a method of wireless communications by the relay node, including attempting to decode a plurality of first transport block portions of a transport block, wherein the plurality of first transport block portions are received on a first link according to a first encoding configuration.     Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for channel state information (CSI) for multiple transmission reception point (multi-TRP) transmission such as non-coherent joint transmission (NCJT), including determining subband sizes for CSI and rules for Part II CSI omission. A method that can be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a CSI report configuration. The CSI report configuration associated with one or more CSI reference signal (RS) resources, each CSI resource including a set of ports or port groups. The UE selects one or more CSI-RS resources for which to report CSI and determines a subband size for sending a CSI report based, at least in part, on payload of the CSI report. In an example method, the UE can determine whether the UE has sufficient resources for the CSI report and omit at least a portion of the CSI based on the determination.
