Abstract: The present invention discloses a wireless network access control method and an apparatus. The method includes: configuring, by a wireless network, an independent access control parameter for each network slice, so as to implement differential access control, by the network, on access to different network slices that is initiated by a terminal device. In addition, a core network or a radio access network initiates network slice overload control or a network slice access control parameter adjustment based on resource usage of each network slice in the network. By separately controlling and adjusting the access control parameter of each network slice, it is ensured that impact between network slices is minimized.

Abstract: This application provides a handover method that is based on DC, including: sending, by a source base station, a handover request to a target base station, where the handover request carries a target base station user equipment (UE) aggregate maximum bit rate (UE-AMBR) and/or network slice information of UE; and receiving, by the source base station, a handover request feedback sent by the target base station. A UE capability is coordinated between the source base station and the target base station, so that it is ensured that a technical effect of the UE capability is not exceeded during a DC-based handover. The coordination of the UE capability may be implemented by the source base station, or may be implemented by the target base station.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention propose a communication method. The communication method includes: obtaining, by a base station, DRB configuration information, where the DRB configuration information is used to determine a mapping relationship between serving cells and DRBs used to carry data of different service types; and sending the DRB configuration information to a terminal, so that the terminal communicates with the base station in a serving cell corresponding to a DRB. The embodiments of the present invention further disclose a base station and a terminal to which the communication method is applied.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for determining a structured query language (SQL) execution plan are provided to optimize determining of the SQL execution plan and improve execution efficiency of the SQL execution plan. The SQL execution plan corresponds to at least one relation table. During an Nth iteration, the method includes obtaining a first iteration parameter generated after a first plan tree is executed on the at least one relation table during an (N−1)th iteration, where N is a natural number greater than 1, establishing a second plan tree according to the first iteration parameter, and determining the first plan tree or the second plan tree as the SQL execution plan when a difference between the second plan tree and the first plan tree is not greater than a first threshold.
