    Abstract: Disclosed are systems, apparatuses, methods, computer readable medium, and circuits for reducing energy consumption of one or more station devices, the method including: monitoring, at a controller, energy usage by one or more station devices, on a wireless local area network (WLAN); determining, at the controller, reduction in energy consumption on the WLAN is required to meet a predetermined target; and transmitting, from the controller, a beacon that instructs the one or more station devices to enter an energy efficiency mode.

    Abstract: The present technology provides a mechanism for more efficient make-before-you-break roaming (MMBR) between devices in the same extended service set (ESS) that utilize a common Pairwise Master Key (PMK). Association and key management (AKM) procedures can be time-consuming, and the present technology provides for a more efficient mechanism by which the Pairwise Transient Key (PTK) can be derived in advance so that the STA can directly associate with a new AP. More specifically, the Robust Security Network Information Element (RSNIE) that is exchanged prior to key derivation and association between the STA and the AP can be enhanced to include information about the security protocols used by other APs in the extended service set (ESS), which can be used to derive respective Pairwise Transient Keys (PTKs) in advance for use with other APs.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to simultaneous channel sounding on multiple MLO channels followed by determining phase and amplitude corrections based on channel impulse responses obtained on each MLO channel. The corrections are then used in subsequent extrapolation of channel sounding on one channel to another. In one aspect, a method includes transmitting, on each radio interface of a first multi-link device, a corresponding sounding probe to a second multi-link device; determining, by each radio interface of the first multi-link device, a corresponding channel impulse response based on the corresponding sound probe to yield a plurality of channel impulse responses; determining an offset between the plurality of channel impulse responses; and using the offset during a subsequent extrapolation of a sounding probe on one radio interface to a second radio interface of the first multi-link device.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and computer-readable media for minimizing pre-roaming resource reservations. In one aspect, it is determined that a client device connected to a first Access Point (AP) will roam, based on the determination, generating a list of APs that are roam candidates supportive of one or more resources needed by the client device, issuing a reservation request to the roam candidates, where the reservation request includes a timeout feature that persists the reservation at each AP on the list of APs for a set period of time, determining that a second AP within the list of APs will honor the reservation request, and automatically withdrawing the reservation request when the timeout feature has expired and the client device has not connected to the second AP, where the withdrawal of the reservation request frees up the one or more resources associated with the reservation request at each AP on the list of APs.

    Abstract: Wireless dynamic file exchange is provided by, in response to a triggering network condition occurring, initiating an exchange of a parameter file including non-layer two content via a 802.11 message, such as a Generic Advertisement Service (GAS) message between an access point (AP) and a station (STA) connected to the AP; and in response to determining that the exchange was unsuccessful, terminating a connection between the AP and the STA. The parameter file may be sent over several messages and update the parameters for a new session or an existing session. Devices that do not conform to the updated parameters may be disassociated from the AP and re-connect to receive and implement the updated parameters.

    Abstract: Adapting transmission schedules in a Radio Frequency (RF) environment may be provided. A Central Network Controller (CNC) of a Time Sensitive Network (TSN) may determine that a data path to a client device comprises a wireless link. The CNC of the TSN may generate a proposed transmission schedule for the time sensitive traffic to the client device through the wireless link in response to determining that the data path to the client device comprises the wireless link. The CNC may provide the proposed transmission schedule to a Wireless Network Controller (WLC) of the wireless link. The CNC may receive a confirmation from the WLC that the proposed transmission schedule can be met. The proposed transmission schedule may be configured in response to receiving the confirmation.

    Abstract: Per station multi-link time scheduling may be provided. An Access Point (AP) may receive a request from a Multi-Link Device (MLD) to send a plurality of data traffics in a network for a predetermined interval. A Quality of Service (QoS) requirement may be determined for each of the plurality of data traffics. A Traffic Identifier (TID)-to-link assignment may be determined for each of the plurality of data traffics. Determining the TID-to-link assignment may comprise determining a link state of each of a plurality of links envisioned for the MLD for the predetermined interval. Each of the plurality of data traffics may be assigned to one or more of the plurality of links based on the QoS requirement for each of the plurality of data traffics and the link state of each of the plurality of links envisioned for the MLD. The TID-to-link assignment may be sent to the MLD.
