Abstract:
An electronic torque wrench with early-warning function includes a main body, a setting unit, a detecting unit, an operation unit, a warning unit and an early-warning program. A working head is disposed at one end of the main body for wrenching a work piece. The early-warning program is set with multiple early-warning times with different warning ranges. The value of the early-warning time is in direct proportion to the set torque value of the wrench. When the operation torque of the wrench reaches the early-warning time, the operation unit urges the warning unit to give a warning.
Abstract:
A rotatable fastening device disclosed in the present disclosure includes a rotating seat and an impact element. The impact element is one-way pivoted at the rotating seat. The rotating seat is rotated along a rotation axis and detachably connected between a driving tool and an element to be rotated. The weight and kinetic energy of the impact element will provide a one-way tangential impact force around the rotation axis with of rotation.
Abstract:
A wrench with quickly angularly adjustable handle includes a head section and a handle. The head section and the handle are pivotally connected with each other via a first and a second pivoted ends, whereby the handle can be up and down swung relative to the head section. The first and second pivoted ends respectively have a first and a second end faces facing each other. The first end face is formed with an upper and a lower contact sections. The second end face is formed with an upper and a lower abutment sections. The lower abutment section abuts against the lower contact section as a lower dead end of angular displacement of the handle. The upper abutment section abuts against the upper contact section as an upper dead end of angular displacement of the handle.
Abstract:
An impact spinning hand tool includes a hollow body, a first lever and a first elastic member. The hollow body includes a first position-limiting structure. The first lever includes a driving end exposed outside the hollow body, a spinning structure and a forcing end contained in the hollow body. The forcing end has a second position-limiting structure that is detachably limited by the first position-limiting structure. The first elastic member is pushed against the forcing end and the first position-limiting structure through two ends thereof. The first lever is located at a first position and presses the first elastic member to store an elastic restoring force when being connected with the hollow body. When the second position-limiting structure is released, the elastic restoring force drives the first lever to move to a second position so as to allow the spinning structure to perform an impact spinning action.
Abstract:
A torque wrench includes a mechanical structure and an electronic structure. The mechanical structure includes a tubular body, a flexible rod, an abutment member, an elastic member, a trip mechanism, an adjustment mechanism and a mechanical scale indication mounted in the tubular body for indicating the set torque of the wrench. The electronic structure includes at least one torque sensor and a display unit. When correcting the torque value of the mechanical structure, a force is applied to the wrench and the torque sensor detects the trip torque value of the wrench. The torque value of the mechanical structure is adjusted to match the torque value detected by the torque sensor so as to eliminate the error of the torque value of the mechanical structure.
Abstract:
A fast torque-switchable torque wrench includes a tubular body, a hollow handle disposed at a rear end of the tubular body, a first restriction section and a second restriction section disposed in the tubular body and a threaded rod disposed in the handle. The longitudinal moving distance of the threaded rod is limited by the first and second restriction sections. When rotating the handle, the torque of the wrench is adjusted. The longitudinal displacement of the threaded rod is limited so as to control the rotational range of the handle, whereby a user can quickly adjust the torque value of the torque wrench.
Abstract:
A wrench with multiple display windows includes a body, two side display window lighting modules and a main display window lighting module. The two side display window lighting modules are illuminated synchronously with each other. The two side display window lighting modules are corresponding to each other. The two side display window lighting modules, are illuminated toward a first optical axis and a second optical axis. The side display window lighting module includes side display window lighting elements configured to generate side display wind ow colors which are turned on or turned off according to the torque. The main display window lighting module is connected to the body and illuminated toward the first optical axis. The main display window lighting module includes main display window lighting elements configured to generate main display window colors which are turned on or turned off according to the torque.
Abstract:
A collapsible torque wrench includes: a shank having a drive head at a front end and two pivoted ends at a rear end; a connection rod, a front end of which being pivotally connected with the first pivoted end; a housing having a tubular body and a casing fixedly disposed on one side of the tubular body, the connection rod being relatively slidably fitted in the tubular body; a torque adjustment mechanism being mounted in the tubular body and including a fixing block, the fixing block being mounted in the tubular body by at least two pins; and a stop member received in the casing. A front end of the stop member is pivotally connected with the second pivoted end. The fixing block is easily demounted from the tubular body for replacement.
