    Abstract: Provided is an inspection device for contact strip that enables proper quality control of a collector head using a split-type contact strip. Disclosed is an inspection device for a collector head having an overhead contact line contact assembly that includes a contact strip, including electrically-conductive strip pieces aligned in a series and in a longitudinal direction, and springs elastically supporting the contact strip. The inspection device for a collector head includes a measurer of rigidity of the overhead contact line contact assembly in a thickness direction of the contact strip at multiple points on an axis parallel to the juxtaposition direction of the strip pieces; and a determiner of an abnormality in the collector head by comparison of measurement data of rigidity distribution at the multiple points based on measurement results from the measurer with reference data of rigidity distribution prepared beforehand.

    Abstract: A power conversion controller for electric train in one aspect of the present disclosure includes an active current command value generator, an overhead line voltage detector, an initial value calculator, an adjustment value calculator, an upper limit value setter, and an output limiter. The output limiter outputs a reactive current command adjustment value calculated by the adjustment value calculator as a reactive current command value when the reactive current command adjustment value is equal to or lower than an upper limit value set by the upper limit value setter, and outputs the upper limit value as the reactive current command value when the reactive current command adjustment value exceeds the upper limit value.

    Abstract: Provided is a constant monitoring system for a railway vehicle that is monitorable of a dimensional change of a railroad truck during running. The present disclosure is the constant monitoring system for the railway vehicle that includes a sensor and a calculator. The sensor detects passage therethrough of wheels included in the railroad truck of the railway vehicle. The calculator calculates an inter-axle distance between two axles of the railroad truck based on a detection result obtained from the sensor. The sensor includes two displacement sensors of non-contact type that detect the passage of the wheels from respective different locations.

    Abstract: Provided is a monitoring system that can find abnormality in a device that supports a vehicle body of a railway vehicle during running at an early stage. The monitoring system for the railway vehicle includes a detector and a determiner.     Abstract: A vehicle body inclination controller includes an air spring, an air reservoir, valve devices, an acquisition section, and a determination section. The determination section compares, with a predetermined threshold, at least one of a value of a ratio between supply control information of a supply valve and exhaust control information of an exhaust valve in the same valve device among the valve devices, a value of a ratio between pieces of the supply control information of the supply valves of different valve devices among the valve devices, or a value of a ratio between pieces of the exhaust control information of the exhaust valves of different valve devices among the valve devices, and determines that a failure occurs in the same valve device or at least one of the different valve devices when the value of the ratio exceeds the predetermined threshold.
