Abstract: In one aspect, a method includes determining a first SSB burst set information corresponding to a first PCI; determining a second SSB burst set information corresponding to a second PCI, the second PCI different from the first PCI; and monitoring at least a first SSB from the first SSB burst set and at least a second SSB from the second SSB burst set. Abstract: Aligned listen before talk (LBT) gaps for single operator frame-based equipment (FBE) mode new radio (NR) shared spectrum (NR-SS) is disclosed. Within the FBE mode network, the base station determines a plurality of potential transmission bursts within a fixed frame period. The base station may then reserve a plurality of LBT gaps prior to the starting position of each such transmission burst. The base station communicates the location of each of the LBT gaps to all neighboring network entities and contends for access to the fixed frame period at the beginning of the frame regardless of whether it has data for transmission during the frame. Each neighboring base station that receives the LBT gaps locations will use the same locations in order to align the LBT gaps over the FBE mode network.

Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating techniques for phase continuity of sidelink DMRS bundling are disclosed herein. An example method for wireless communication at a first UE includes receiving a first sidelink transmission including at least a first DMRS. The example method also includes receiving a second sidelink transmission, the first sidelink transmission and the second sidelink transmission together including at least the first DMRS and a second DMRS. The example method also includes receiving, from a second UE, an indication of a bundling relationship between the first sidelink transmission and the second sidelink transmission, the bundling relationship including at least one of strong bundling, weak bundling, or no bundling. The example method also includes performing channel estimation for a channel associated with the first sidelink transmission and the second sidelink transmission based at least in part on the bundling relationship.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A wireless device may generate a orthogonal time frequency space (OTFS) waveform for transmission to a second wireless device. Generation of an OTFS waveform may include mapping information samples to a delay-Doppler resource grid having a set of delay values and a set of Doppler values. A channel estimation block may occupy one or more rows of the delay-Doppler grid. When mapping information samples to the delay-Doppler grid, the transmitting device may first map information samples in the delay dimension (e.g., first map all of the symbols in one column of the delay-Doppler grid before mapping information samples into a second column). Such a mapping scheme may reduce the distance from any given information sample to the channel estimation block.

Abstract: Downlink schemes are disclosed for a cooperative user equipment (UE) with joint baseband processing. UEs may establish a cooperative UE unit with one or more neighboring UEs, where one of the UEs operates as the primary UE. The participating UEs of the cooperative UE unit determine a downlink transmission scheme for the cooperative transmissions from a serving base station and receive cooperative transmissions of one or more transport blocks from the serving base station according to the downlink transmission scheme. The secondary UEs of the cooperative UE unit generate and transmit cooperative process data to the primary UE, where the cooperative process data is based on the receipt of the cooperative transmissions by the secondary UEs. The primary UE processes its received cooperative transmission along with the cooperative process data to decode the one or more transport blocks. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

Abstract: Aspects are provided that allow a base station to provide a user equipment (UE) multiple timing opportunities to transmit an acknowledgment to a pre-grant (APG) after receiving a pre-grant for a downlink transmission. The base station transmits to the UE a pre-grant for a downlink transmission from the base station, the pre-grant triggering a plurality of timing opportunities for the UE to send an APG to the base station. The UE performs, after receiving the pre-grant, a clear channel assessment (CCA) during at least one timing opportunity of the plurality of timing opportunities. The UE transmits one or more APGs to the base station when the CCA is successful, and the UE receives the downlink transmission from the base station in response to the one or more APGs. The UE transmits the one or more APGs to the base station until the downlink transmission is received from the base station.

Abstract: Techniques and apparatus for using downlink control information (DCI) to avoid hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier (ID) conflicts in scenarios where multiple semi persistently scheduled (SPS) configurations share the same pool of HARQ process IDs are provided. One example technique involves a user equipment (UE) receiving an indication of a plurality of SPS configurations, each SPS configuration allocating the UE with a set of SPS occasions for physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmissions. Information for resolving a conflict between a first HARQ process ID associated with a first SPS occasion of a first of the plurality of SPS configurations and a second HARQ process ID associated with a second SPS occasion of a second of the plurality of SPS configurations is received. The first SPS occasion occurs prior to the second SPS occasion. The conflict is resolved based on the information.

A wireless communications device, such as a user equipment (UE) may transmit a capability message indicating a capability of the UE to receive one or more downlink messages during a time slot, and may receive one or more control signalings which schedule a first and a second downlink message during the time slot, indicate a first resource allocation scheduled by a first scheduling configuration, and indicate a second resource allocation scheduled by a second scheduling configuration. The UE may monitor for one or both of the first downlink message or the second downlink message during the time slot based on the one or more control signalings and the capability message. The capability message may indicate a capability of the UE to receive a single downlink message or receive more than one downlink message during the time slot.

Abstract: Different sets of downlink control information (DCI) fields may be configured for DCI that includes an indication to trigger bandwidth part switching at a user equipment (UE). For example, a UE may receive DCI that triggers the UE to switch operation from a first bandwidth part to a second bandwidth part. The UE may also identify a set of transformable DCI fields and a set of non-transformable DCI fields within the DCI. The UE may then determine updated content of the DCI for application to the second bandwidth part based on whether DCI fields are included in the set of transformable or the set of non-transformable fields. In some cases, the UE may identify a null assignment in the received DCI and may switch its operation from the first bandwidth part to the second bandwidth part based on the null assignment.
