摘要: A method to produce rotors or stators of electric machines having radial grooves into which webs of flat windings having parallel webs and winding heads connecting said webs being pulled, wherein a winding is produced on a rotating, strip-shaped flat former shorter than the winding such that windings are pulled off the former and transferred into a linear transfer device, which transports the windings to a removal position at which the windings are transferred into radial grooves of a rotor or of the transfer tool for transfer into radial grooves of a stator, wherein the former, the transfer device, and the rotor or the transfer tool being jointly rotated about an axis of rotation of the former when rotated to form windings.

摘要: A wire forming apparatus comprises a first rack moveable relative to a second rack in a first direction, a plurality of first forming structures provided on the first rack, and a plurality of second forming structures provided on the second rack. 摘要: An electric motor includes a shaft, and a stator disposed around the outer periphery of the shaft and including a plurality of slots extending toward the shaft. A plurality of coil units are arranged respectively in the plurality of slots. The coil units are each formed of a plurality of wires connected in parallel. One of the coil units that is arranged in at least one of the plurality of slots formed in the stator includes a plurality of winding groups that are connected in series and that have a different number of turns from each other. The winding groups are arranged in the slot in descending order of the number of turns in the direction toward the shaft.

摘要: A stator has a stator core composed of teeth and slots. Segment coils are inserted into the corresponding slots. The segment coil projecting from the slot has an exposed conductor part and a covered conductor part covered with an electrical insulation film. The exposed conductor part is arranged at the distal end side from the covered conductor part of the segment coil. The segment coils are connected together through the exposed conductor parts thereof projecting from the slots. The exposed conductor part has a thickness T2 thinner than a thickness T1 of the covered conductor part. A step part is formed at a position of the stator core side, adjacent to the exposed conductor part of the segment coil. The step part and the covered conductor part are covered with the electrical insulation film continuously from the stator core side of the covered conductor part.

摘要: A conductor shaping apparatus includes a driving device that relatively rotates an upper die and a lower die and integrally rotates the two dies with respect to a shaping member. The driving device rotates one of the upper and lower dies in a direction from an edgewise bent portion to a distal end of a conductor. One of the upper and lower dies includes a supporting surface configured to support a side surface of an end portion of the conductor as the edgewise bent portion is formed in the end portion, and a guide surface that is formed to intersect the support surface. The guide surface extends away from the end portion of the conductor in a direction opposite to a bent direction of a flatwise bent portion closest to the edgewise bent portion as it extends away from the supporting surface on an opposite side of a rotational axis.
