    摘要: A percutaneous, transluminal, angioplasty system includes a non-foreshortening stent and a stent anchor to hold the stent in place until delivery. The stent comprises rings and fused rings comprising various motifs such as butterfly or pinched ellipsoid motifs. Stent anchors can release the stent after an outer sheath uncovers the stent or uncovers the stent and biased or bent fingers of the stent anchors.

    摘要: Prosthetic valves and methods of using prosthetic valves may be provided. In one implementation, an expandable annular valve body may include a plurality of atrial anchoring arms and ventricular anchoring legs extending radially outward therefrom. At least one atrial anchoring arm may include a rigid portion and a flexible portion positioned radially outwards from the rigid portion. At least one atrial anchoring arm and at least one ventricular anchoring leg may be arranged such that a proximal section of the flexible portion of the at least one atrial anchoring arm and a terminal leg end of the at least one ventricular anchoring leg are substantially equidistant from a longitudinal axis extending through the center of the annular valve body.

    摘要: Prosthetic valves and methods of use of prosthetic valves may be provided. In one implementation, a method of releasing a prosthetic valve from a delivery capsule within a heart may be provided. The delivery capsule may include a distal capsule portion and a proximal capsule portion. The method may include moving the distal capsule portion in a first direction to release ventricular anchoring legs of the prosthetic valve from the delivery capsule and moving the released legs into contact with a native mitral valve. The method may include moving the proximal capsule portion in a second direction to release atrial anchoring arms of the prosthetic valve from the delivery capsule, after contacting the mitral valve with the released legs. The method may include moving the distal capsule portion in the first direction to release an annular valve body of the prosthetic valve from the delivery capsule.

    摘要: An aortic bare stent and an aortic dissection stent are disclosed. The aortic bare stent is in a tubular net structure, with multiple support stents in circles and arranged along an axial direction. Two adjacent support stents are connected by a connector stent. The connector stent is made of a hyper-elastic material. A flexural rigidity of the connector stent is less than that of the support stent. The support stent is made of a single-strand hyper-elastic nickel titanium wire or formed by cutting a nickel titanium tubing. The connector stent is made of a multi-strand composite wire. The multi-strand composite wire is formed by twisting or weaving multiple strands of filaments, and each strand of filament is independently of a nickel titanium material.

    摘要: An anastomosis stent includes an elongated body of a tubular configuration having a length and diameter dimensions extending in axial and radial directions of the elongated body and in a transverse relationship to each other. The elongated body is formed by multiple rings stacked adjacent one another in a direction parallel to the length dimension. Each ring is a single strand of wire bent in a repetitive pattern of sine waves. Each sine wave defines an alternating peak and valley divided by a length dimension extending orthogonal to the length dimension of the elongated body. The rings are fused together at locations on selected pairs of adjacent peaks and valleys of the rings with the fused locations arranged in parallel rows. The elongated body includes main and end portion and a safety mark about the elongated body at the juncture therebetween.
