Abstract: A gas delivery system for a substrate processing system includes first and second valves, a first gas channel, and a cylinder. The first valve includes a first inlet and a first outlet. The first outlet is in fluid communication with a processing chamber of the substrate processing system. The second valve includes a second inlet and a second outlet. The cylinder defines a second gas channel having a first end and a second end. The cylinder is at least partially disposed within the first gas channel such that the cylinder and the first gas channel collectively define a flow channel. The flow channel is in fluid communication with the first end of the second gas channel and with the first inlet. A third gas channel is in fluid communication with the second end of the second gas channel and with the second inlet.

Abstract: An apparatus is described for controlling a flow of a fluid therethrough while the apparatus is connected to a source of control fluid. The apparatus includes an input, a valve seat, a diaphragm, an output, and a diaphragm control space. The diaphragm control space is partially defined by the diaphragm, and includes a control fluid inlet and a control fluid outlet. The apparatus is operative to independently control a flow of control fluid into the diaphragm control space through the control fluid inlet and a flow of control fluid out of the diaphragm control space through the control fluid outlet. A deflection of the diaphragm in relation to the valve seat is responsive to a pressure of the control fluid in the diaphragm control space. The deflection of the diaphragm in relation to the valve seat is operative to control a fluidic flow resistance between the input and the output.

Abstract: A diaphragm valve for a vehicle includes: a diaphragm chamber having an upper chamber and a lower chamber divided by a diaphragm and communicating with a valve inlet and a valve outlet. The upper chamber has a nipple in which a fluid flows or from which a fluid is discharged, and the lower chamber has a chamber opening port at a lower end thereof. A valve rod is coupled to the diaphragm and extends toward the valve outlet. A valve head is provided at a position corresponding to an end of the valve rod and has a wider cross sectional area than the valve rod. The valve head closes the valve outlet when the valve is closed, and closes the chamber opening port when the valve is open.

Abstract: Provided is a valve, relating to the mechanical equipment technical field, comprising a valve body provided with a passage configured for allowing a fluid to pass through and a valve core disk provided within the passage and rotatable relative to the valve body. The valve core disk is provided with through holes and has one side face provided with a one-way diaphragm which is used for sealing the through holes in one direction to enable the valve core disk to seal the passage in one direction. Since the valve core disk can rotate relative to the valve body, one-way-inflation and -deflation can be realized, and during deflation, the passage can be opened for deflation just by rotating the valve core disk. Users can adjust a deflating speed by rotating the valve core disk. The valve not only has a simple structure, but also is convenient for the user to deflate.

Abstract: A pressure control valve arrangement for controlling fluid pressure in a brake system of a vehicle includes two diaphragm valves and two electromagnetic control valves, activatable by an electronic control device, for the pilot control of the diaphragm valves. The two electromagnetic control valves have a double magnet with two magnet coils and magnet armatures and are actuatable by current being applied to the magnet coils. The housing has at least one pressure medium connection, connected to a service brake valve, for acting with pressure upon and/or relieving the pressure of the pressure control valve arrangement and at least one connection for connecting to a brake cylinder. A plane of symmetry of the mid-axes of the magnet coils of the double magnet is arranged in parallel and offset by the amount of an eccentricity, with respect to a mid-axis of the pressure medium connection.

Abstract: A pressure-driven valve is disclosed. The valve includes a housing, a fluid flow channel, and a deflectable portion. The housing comprises a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. The deflectable portion is configured to deflect to increase and decrease a size of the fluid flow channel to regulate fluid flow from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet. The deflectable portion is disposed and arranged to deflect as a result of pressure differentials between a reference pressure, a fluid flow channel pressure, and an outlet pressure representative of fluid pressure at the fluid outlet.

Abstract: A one way valve is revealed. The one way valve includes a valve seat and a valve member supported by the valve seat. A hole is mounted at a center of the valve base while an outer circular base is disposed around the hole and an inner circular base is arranged at a center of the hole. The inner circular base has a circular sidewall around an opening. At least one gap is radially formed on the circular sidewall and the gap is vertically penetrating the circular sidewall. The valve member consists of a membrane portion and a rod portion extended from one side of the membrane portion. Thereby the rod portion is passed through the gap of the inner circular base to be set into the opening of the inner circular base.

Abstract: An irrigation valve has a liquid passage, a sealing diaphragm and a control port that can receive control signals. The sealing diaphragm is held in the valve in a non clamped manner and is adapted to seal the passage.
