    摘要： A packaging case 1 is formed of a unitary blank 1a of paper material. The unitary blank 1a has at least two fold lines 2a, 2b between which a back side wall 6a is formed and both sides of which a bottom wall 10 and a top wall 11 are formed. The unitary blank 1a has also incisions 3a, 3b formed on both ends of the fold lines 2a, 2b. The unitary blank is deep drawn to form side walls 6 on each periphery of the bottom wall 10 and the top wall 11 and form rims 8a, 8b protruding outwardly from each upper end of the side walls 6. The unitary blank is folded along the fold lines 2a, 2b so that the rims 8a, 8b come into contact with each other, whereby the bottom wall 10, the top wall 11, the back side wall 6a and the side walls 6 constitute an inner space.

The sheet is folded over the item across the tray and the folded ends of the sheet projecting from the ends of the tray are tucked between the base of the tray and the sheet extending across the base. The end walls of the tray have convexly curved fold lines with the base of the tray whereby the end walls of the tray are folded upwardly with respect to the base to enclose the wrapped food item with the side walls.

    摘要： The present invention discloses an improved, cylindrical, paperboard collar for placing around a specialty sandwich such as a multilayer hamburger or such. The collar blank is cut from flat paperboard stock in the form of an elongated rectangle which is folded back over itself having its free ends adhesively attached to one another whereby the resulting flat preform may be expandingly opened to form a cylindrical configuration. Two tongue like locking tabs are cut into the paperboard surface which when the preform is expanded to form an upright cylinder the tabs act to maintain the open cylinder.

    摘要： An elongated serving, storing and heating bag for a food product of the type having a folded shell construction such as a taco, burrito, hot dog or the like is disclosed. The bag is in the form of an open ended bag of paper-like material having a dead fold capability with the bag including first and second side panels hingedly connected to one another along substantially parallel first and second fold lines with the first and second side panels combining to form an elongated tubular sleeve having a first open end and a second sealed end for receiving the food product therein. The bag further includes a gusseted fold line forming one of the first or second fold lines so as to permit expansion of the bag along one longitudinal edge. A line of weakness in the form of a perforated line or tear strip is formed substantially coextensive with the other of the first or second fold line, such that the gusseted fold line permits expansion of the internal volume of the bag to receive the food product therein while the bag tapers towards the fold line including the line of weakness for maintaining the orientation of the food product within the bag and for allowing easy access to the contents of the bag.
