Abstract: According to one aspect of the invention, a display panel includes a first display area including a plurality of first pixels, a second display area surrounded by the first display area and including at least one transmissive portion and a plurality of second pixels spaced apart from each other with the transmissive portion therebetween, a plurality of first wiring lines electrically connected to the plurality of first pixels and substantially extending in a first direction, and a plurality of second wiring lines electrically connected to the plurality of second pixels and substantially extending in the first direction, wherein at least one of the plurality of first wiring lines includes a first portion, and a second portion located on a different layer from the first portion and overlapping one of the plurality of second wiring lines.

Abstract: A display apparatus includes a first display area including a plurality of pixel areas, and a second display area including a plurality of pixel areas and a plurality of transmission areas and arranged adjacent to the first display area. The plurality of pixel areas each includes sub-pixels each including a pixel circuit and an organic light-emitting device electrically connected to the pixel circuit. The pixel circuit includes a thin-film transistor and an inorganic insulating layer on the thin-film transistor, and the thin-film transistor includes a semiconductor layer and a gate electrode. The organic insulated layer extends in the transmission areas. The second display area defines a dummy contact hole which passes through the inorganic insulating layer in at least one of the pixel areas and the transmission areas.

Each pixel includes a light-emitting element including a pixel electrode and an opposite electrode facing each other, and an emission layer disposed between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode. The dummy pixel unit includes a plurality of dummy pixels disposed between the through portion and the display unit, and including a metal pattern including a same material as the pixel electrode. The dummy pixels are disposed adjacent to the display unit.

Abstract: A pixel circuit includes three transistors, a capacitor, and an OLED. The first transistor includes a gate terminal for receiving a first control signal, a first terminal connected to a first node, and a second terminal connected to a second node. The second transistor includes a gate terminal for receiving a second control signal, a first terminal connected to the second node, and a second terminal connected to a third node. The third transistor includes a gate terminal connected to the first node, a first terminal for receiving a first power signal, and a second terminal connected to the third node. The capacitor may receive an initialization signal and is connected to the first node. The OLED is connected to the third node and may receive a second power signal. The control signals have same voltage levels in a data writing period and have different voltage levels in other periods.
