    Abstract: Provided is a method and apparatus for performing a Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) handoff through coordination in a wireless communication system. A first access point (AP) device that transmits a first Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) advertising packet sets a transmission period identically for the first BLE advertising packet and a second BLE advertising packet, determines transmission timings of the first BLE advertising packet and the second BLE advertising packet, transmits a setting message comprising information about the set transmission period of the second BLE advertising packet and information about the determined transmission timing of the second BLE advertising packet to the second AP device, transmits the first BLE advertising packet to a terminal, and performs a WiFi connection with the terminal, based on a determination by the terminal.

    Abstract: According to various embodiments of the disclosure, an electronic device may comprise a housing including a first housing and a second housing for guiding a slide of the first housing; a display including a first display area disposed on the first housing and a second display area extending from the first display area and configured to move at least a portion of the second display area based on the slide of the first housing; a supporting structure configured to support at least a portion of the first display area or at least a portion of the second display area and including a plurality of bars; and a blocking member for blocking influx of an external foreign object through a gap between the housing and the display. When the first housing slides, at least one of the plurality of bars may be configured to pressurize and push out the blocking member to space the display and the blocking member apart from each other. Other various embodiments are possible.

    Abstract: An example electronic device includes a first housing, a second housing fastened with the first housing and configured to perform a sliding operation, a driving device that adjusts the sliding operation, a flexible display whose area visually exposed on a front surface of the electronic device changes in a size in response to the sliding operation of the second housing, at least one sensor, a processor, and a memory storing instructions. The instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the electronic device to display content via at least a portion of a first area of the flexible display, identify an aspect ratio of the content, obtain orientation information of the electronic device using the at least one sensor, and identify size information of a second area of the flexible display capable of maximally displaying the content with the identified aspect ratio of the content based on the obtained orientation information, the first area and the second area being one surface of the exposed area of the flexible display, and the second area being an area extended or reduced from the first area.

    Abstract: According to various embodiments, an electronic device comprises: a first housing including a first space formed through a first side member comprising a first side, a second side extending in a direction perpendicular to the first side, and a third side extending from the second side in parallel with the first side; a second housing slidably coupled to the first housing along a first direction and comprising a second space formed through a second side member; a bendable support connected to the first housing, is, in a slide-in state, at least partially accommodated into the second space, and in a slide-out state, forms a side at least partially coplanar with the first housing; a flexible display supported through the first housing and the bendable support; at least one electronic component disposed in the second space and in communication with an external environment through a first opening formed in at least a portion of the second side member in the slide-in state; and a bendable electrical connection member configured to connect the electronic component to the first space, wherein in the slide-in state, at least a portion of the first side and the third side are accommodated in the second space so as not to be visible from the outside, and the at least one electronic component may be disposed at a position not interfered with by the first side and/or the second side in the slide-in state.
