In one aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a logical channel prioritization (LCP) restriction configuration for a logical channel indicating a set of SRS configurations associated with the logical channel; receiving, by the UE, an uplink grant indicating an uplink grant instance and an SRS configuration for the uplink grant instance; and selecting, by the UE, the logical channel to use resources of the uplink grant instance based in part on the set of SRS configurations and the SRS configuration for the uplink grant instance. Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may utilize multiple radio link control (RLC) entities to duplicate packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) packets for improved reception. The UE may receive a configuration for dual connectivity with a master cell group and with a secondary cell group, wherein the configuration identifies a plurality of configured RLC entities, each RLC entity being associated with one of the master cell group or the secondary cell group. The UE may receive, at the UE, an indication of an activation status for each of at least a first subset of the configured RLC entities from one cell group of the master cell group or the secondary cell group. The UE may set the activation status of each of the first subset of the configured RLC entities that are associated with the one cell group from which the indication is received based on the indication.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling configuring the UE with a set of frequency resources and a semi-persistent resource allocation indicating a semi-persistent resource occasion on each frequency resource of the set. The UE may monitor semi-persistent resource occasions on each of the set of frequency resources for a copy of a data transmission. If the UE receives and decodes the data transmission from at least one of the semi-persistent resource occasions, the UE may transmit an acknowledgement message on a frequency resource of the set. Additionally, the UE may refrain from transmitting a feedback message on the other frequency resources of the set. If the UE does not receive and successfully decode the data transmission from any of the semi-persistent resource occasions, the UE may transmit a negative acknowledgement message on one of the set of frequency resources.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Some methods include receiving an indication of a traffic flow to be served by a wireless communication system, determining scheduling information for the traffic flow based on the indication, wherein the scheduling information comprises one or more of a time offset, a reliability, and a minimum throughput of delivery of data traffic for the flow, and transmitting the scheduling information in response to the indication. Some methods include determining delta time offset information relative to one or more existing time offsets of packet arrivals of one or more traffic flows for scheduling transmissions of a first traffic flow in the wireless communication system, and transmitting the delta time offset information to a node of the first traffic flow for scheduling transmissions of the first traffic flow in the wireless communication system. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A wireless device, such as a base station, may receive a request to establish a data flow with a user equipment (UE), the data flow being associated with a quality of service (QoS) class, where the UE supports a plurality of traffic streams associated with the QoS class of the data flow, each traffic stream being between a downstream endpoint and an upstream endpoint via both the UE and the first node of the RAN. In some cases, the base station may receive timing information for the data flow via one or more system messages associated with the data flow, where the timing information is based at least in part on the plurality of traffic streams associated with the QoS class of the data flow, and establish the data flow based at least in part on the timing information.

Abstract: Generally, the described techniques provide for a device determining or receiving signaling including a packet delivery time window configuration that indicates delivery windows within which transmissions may be held and/or delivery opportunities within which communications are expected to be transmitted. For example, the device may identify a packet delivery time window configuration for communications with another device. The packet delivery window configuration may indicate a periodicity, offset, start time, end time, and/or duration of the delivery windows, among other information. Based on the identified packet delivery time window configuration, the device may delay transmission of the data packet (e.g., for the duration of one or more configured delivery windows). At, for example, the end of the respective delivery window, the device may deliver the data packet to a network device for which the information of the data packet is to be used.
