    Abstract: Aspects for enhanced logical channel prioritization mapping procedures and restrictions are disclosed. In one aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a logical channel prioritization (LCP) restriction configuration for a logical channel indicating a set of SRS configurations associated with the logical channel; receiving, by the UE, an uplink grant indicating an uplink grant instance and an SRS configuration for the uplink grant instance; and selecting, by the UE, the logical channel to use resources of the uplink grant instance based in part on the set of SRS configurations and the SRS configuration for the uplink grant instance.     Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless communication device may determine a type of a packet for header compression or decompression, wherein the type of the packet includes at least one of an Ethernet-only packet type or an Ethernet packet with Internet Protocol (IP) payload type. The wireless communication device may perform Ethernet header compression or decompression on the packet. The wireless communication device may selectively perform IP header compression or decompression on the packet based at least in part on the type of the packet. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Some methods include receiving an indication of a traffic flow to be served by a wireless communication system, determining scheduling information for the traffic flow based on the indication, wherein the scheduling information comprises one or more of a time offset, a reliability, and a minimum throughput of delivery of data traffic for the flow, and transmitting the scheduling information in response to the indication. Some methods include determining delta time offset information relative to one or more existing time offsets of packet arrivals of one or more traffic flows for scheduling transmissions of a first traffic flow in the wireless communication system, and transmitting the delta time offset information to a node of the first traffic flow for scheduling transmissions of the first traffic flow in the wireless communication system.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A wireless device, such as a base station, may receive a request to establish a data flow with a user equipment (UE), the data flow being associated with a quality of service (QoS) class, where the UE supports a plurality of traffic streams associated with the QoS class of the data flow, each traffic stream being between a downstream endpoint and an upstream endpoint via both the UE and the first node of the RAN. In some cases, the base station may receive timing information for the data flow via one or more system messages associated with the data flow, where the timing information is based at least in part on the plurality of traffic streams associated with the QoS class of the data flow, and establish the data flow based at least in part on the timing information.

    Abstract: Generally, the described techniques provide for a device determining or receiving signaling including a packet delivery time window configuration that indicates delivery windows within which transmissions may be held and/or delivery opportunities within which communications are expected to be transmitted. For example, the device may identify a packet delivery time window configuration for communications with another device. The packet delivery window configuration may indicate a periodicity, offset, start time, end time, and/or duration of the delivery windows, among other information. Based on the identified packet delivery time window configuration, the device may delay transmission of the data packet (e.g., for the duration of one or more configured delivery windows). At, for example, the end of the respective delivery window, the device may deliver the data packet to a network device for which the information of the data packet is to be used.
