    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to routing communications in a multiple-relay environment are provided. A base station (BS) transmits, to one or more wireless communication devices, a reference signal configuration indicating one or more reference signal resources. The base station receives, from a first wireless communication device of the one or more wireless communication devices, a channel state report based on one or more reference signals in the one or more reference signal resources. The channel state report includes channel measurement information for one or more links, each link connecting a wireless communication device of the one or more wireless communication devices to a user equipment (UE). The BS transmits, to the UE via a second wireless communication device of the one or more wireless communication devices based on the channel state report, a data signal.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, related to transmissions during an idle period of a fixed frame period (FFP). For example, a UE can receive, via system information or radio resource control (RRC) signaling, a FFP defining an idle period. The UE can further determine that a physical random access channel (PRACH) occasion (RO) resource or a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) occasion (PO) resource overlaps with the idle period of the FFP. The UE can additionally map the RO resource to the PO resource based on determining that the RO resource or the PO resource overlaps with the idle period of the FFP, and perform a random access channel (RACH) procedure according at least to the mapping of the RO to the PO.

    Abstract: Wireless communication systems and methods related to multiplexing of uplink control information (UCI) and configured grant-UCI (CG-UCI) of different priorities are provided. A user equipment (UE) determines that a first resource for an uplink transmission associated with a first priority at least partially overlaps with a second resource for a first configured grant-physical uplink shared channel (CG-PUSCH) transmission associated with a second priority different from the first priority. The UE determines whether the first priority is higher than the second priority. In response to determining whether the first priority is higher than the second priority, the UE transmits one of the uplink transmission in the first resource or the first CG-PUSCH transmission in the second resource and refrains from transmitting the other one of the uplink transmission in the first resource or the first CG-PUSCH transmission in the second resource.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) are described. The UE may be configured to support uplink power control for multiple random access channel (RACH) procedures. A medium access control layer entity at the UE may maintain multiple sets of counters and parameters for multiple simultaneous RACH procedures. In some cases, the UE may perform simultaneous RACH procedures with network entities associated with different timing advance groups, and the UE may associate the counters and parameters of the RACH procedure with the timing advance group. In other cases, the UE may associate the counters and parameters of the RACH procedure with multiple control resource set pool indexes which may correspond to multiple transmission reception points. Each set of counters may be associated with an uplink power control that the UE may use to determine the PRACH transmission power for each RACH procedure.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may determine a timing advance value to use for an uplink transmission based on a unified transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state associated with the uplink transmission. In some examples, the control signaling configuring a unified TCI state for an uplink transmission may indicate the timing advance value for the uplink transmission. In some examples, the UE may receive control signaling indicating an association between a set of timing advance values for the component carrier associated with a set of unified TCI states or a set of unified TCI groups, and the UE may determine the timing advance value for a given uplink transmission based on the TCI state or TCI group indicated for the uplink transmission.
