    Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for an autonomous fallback for a full-duplex beam pair. In a first aspect, a first wireless device may determine an occurrence of a performance trigger for a current beam pair for full-duplex communication at the first wireless device and use a fallback full-duplex beam pair in response to determining the occurrence of the performance trigger. In a second aspect, the first wireless device may receive an indication from a second wireless device of an occurrence of the performance trigger for the current beam pair for full-duplex communication and using the fallback full-duplex beam pair for communication with the second wireless device in response to receiving the indication.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for configuring multi-beam full-duplex communication that allows a device (e.g., user equipment (UE) or base station) to contemporaneously perform both uplink and downlink communication over the same frequency band. Because of the full duplex communication capability provided by the present disclosure, the NR system may achieve reduced latency and improved spectrum and resource efficiency, thereby accommodating a growing demands for the wireless communication. The full duplex communication capability may be achieved by implementing downlink control information (DCI) format that specifies to the UE the beam assignments for contemporaneous transmission (Tx) and reception (Rx). Particularly, beams may be selected such that the beam(s) assigned for communication are independent and uncorrelated, and therefore provide sufficient beam diversity in order to mitigate the limitations of current systems, including self-interference that has hindered implementation of full duplex communication in current systems.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. For instance, a network entity may transmit, to a user equipment Transmission (UE), control signaling indicating that the UE is to provide feedback corresponding to a set of feedback process identifiers for at least one component carrier.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides for a configuration that enables an apparatus to determine beam pairs for full duplex communication based on a cross-link interference procedure. The apparatus determines a subset of receive beams based on a beam measurement process, where each receive beam is associated with a different antenna array panel. In some aspects, the apparatus performs a channel measurement process based on the subset of receive beams. The apparatus sweeps through transmitted sounding reference signals from a same transmit beam corresponding to each receive beam of an antenna array panel and receives the transmitted sounding reference signals incrementally through other receive beams associated with other antenna array panels. The apparatus measures a self-interference for at least one beam pair of the subset of receive beams based on a received sounding reference signal. The apparatus selects one or more beam pairs based on a self-interference measurement or a signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to a user equipment (UE) that receives a timing advance command from a network access node, sends a value indicative of a timing advance capability to the network access node, adjusts a timing advance indicated by the timing advance command based on the timing advance capability to yield an adjusted timing advance, and transmits an uplink signal to the network access node using the adjusted timing advance. Further aspects relate to a network access node that transmits a timing advance command to a user equipment (UE), receives a value indicative of a timing advance capability of the UE, and receives an uplink signal adjusted by a timing advance according to the timing advance capability of the UE. The timing advance capability may indicate that the UE has, or does not have, a capability to adjust the timing advance indicated by the timing advance command.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may receive a control message indicating a set of interference measurement resources (IMRs) for reference signal transmission associated with radio link monitoring or beam failure monitoring. The first UE may receive, from a second UE via the set of IMRs, reference signals associated with radio link monitoring or beam failure monitoring based on the control message. The first UE may transmit, in response to receiving the reference signals, a beam failure report associated with the radio link monitoring or the beam failure monitoring based on one or more measurements of the one or more reference signals. In some examples, the beam failure report may indicate that beam failure is associated with cross-link interference (CLI) from the second UE.
