摘要： An apparatus for cylindrically grinding workpieces includes a first holding tool (10) and a second holding tool (12). The first holding tool is configured for positioning pre-grinding workpieces (18). The first holding tool defines a first groove (103) for containing the pre-grinding workpieces. A first stopping board (106) is detachably connected to one side of the first holding tool, and a first pressing mechanism (107) is elastically connected to another side. The first pressing mechanism and the first stopping board cooperatively press the pre-grinding workpieces into the first groove. The second holding tool (12) is configured for positioning the partially ground workpieces. The second holding tool defines a second groove (123) for containing the partially ground workpieces. A second stopping board (126) is connected to one side of the second holding tool, and a second pressing mechanism (127) is elastically connected to another side.

摘要： The present invention discloses a mold and a method for manufacturing the mold. The mold includes a mold matrix having a molding surface, and a protective layer formed on the molding surface. The protective layer is made of a material chosen from the group consisting of iridium-rhenium alloy with a chromium nitride added therein and iridium-ruthenium alloy with a chromium nitride added therein. The method mainly includes the steps of: providing a mold matrix having a molding surface in a vacuum sputtering chamber, the vacuum sputtering chamber comprising a first target, the first target being comprised of a material chosen from the group consisting of iridium-rhenium alloy with a chromium nitride added therein and iridium-ruthenium alloy with a chromium nitride added therein; and forming a protective layer on the molding surface of the mold matrix by sputtering a target.

摘要： A direct conversion receiver including a mixer, a measuring module and a calibration module is provided. When the calibration module adjusts the switch duty cycle of the mixer to being shorter than a standard duty cycle, a first second-order inter-modulation distortion is measured. When the calibration module adjusts the switch duty cycle to being longer than the standard duty cycle, a second second-order inter-modulation distortion is measured. According to the measured distortions, the calibration module determines a calibration signal and provides the calibration signal to the mixer, so as to allow the mixer to have a calibrated duty cycle.

The main body surrounds the human body and has a first end portion and a second end portion. The connecting mechanism connects the first end portion with the second end portion at a first position or a second position. When the first end portion and the second end portion are connected at the first position, the human body surrounded thereby has a first circumference, and when the first end portion and the second end portion are connected at the second position, the human body surrounded thereby has a second circumference. The sensing unit, disposed on the body, detects the first position or the second position to determine the first circumference or the second circumference respectively.

摘要： A time controller with power-saving function is utilized for selecting to drive a display with progressive or interlace scan method based on if two continuous frames are dynamic. The time controller comprises an interlace scan control module, a progressive scan control module, a motion detecting circuit, a scan selecting circuit, and a data selecting circuit. The interlace scan and the progressive scan control modules are utilized for generating control signals of interlace scan and progressive scan according to a video signal, respectively. The motion detecting circuit select the control signals of interlace scan or progressive scan based on if the two continuous frames are dynamic, so as to drive the display. In this way, consumed power of the display is saved and a saw-tooth effect on the video frame is avoided.

摘要： A driving circuit and a gray insertion method of a liquid crystal display (LCD) are provided. The gray insertion method includes analyzing whether a current frame belongs to a dynamic frame or a static frame. When the current frame belongs to a dynamic frame, charging time of a gray insertion image is extended. When the current frame belongs to a static frame, the charging time of a gray insertion image is shortened. As a result, motion blur on the LCD can be reduced and image quality can be increased.
