    Abstract: A method includes sending, by a serving node, instruction information to an anchor node, where the instruction information is used to instruct to establish a first interface between the serving node and the anchor node; and receiving, by the serving node, response information from the anchor node in response to the first instruction information, wherein the radio resource control message carried in a signaling radio bearer 1 (SRB1) of the terminal is served by the anchor node, and the radio resource control message carried in a signaling radio bearer 0 (SRB0) of the terminal is served by the serving node.

    Abstract: A process of transmitting a configuration message is efficiently completed. The solution includes receiving a first message from a first node, where the first message includes a configuration of a second node and/or a dual connectivity configuration, and sending a first reply message to the first node if the configuration in the first message is accepted, so that the first node learns that a user terminal accepts the configuration, or sending a second reply message to the first node if the configuration in the first message is not accepted, so that the first node learns that the user terminal does not accept the configuration; or skipping sending any message to the first node if the configuration in the first message is not accepted.

The method includes: communicating, with each other to acquire a unified serial number of a random access preamble code, a unified serial number of a PRACH mask code, and a unified cell radio network temporary identifier of a terminal; scrambling the serial number of the random access preamble code and the serial number of the PRACH mask code, and then sending the serial number of the random access preamble code and the serial number of the PRACH mask code to the terminal; and determining, a time advance command TAC according to a random access request message that carries the random access preamble code, and sending the TAC to the terminal.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a communication method, including: sending, by a user equipment, a request message to a micro network node, so that the micro network node sends an indication message to a macro network node; receiving an uplink resource (UG) sent according to the indication message by the macro network node; and sending uplink signaling or uplink data to the macro network node according to the uplink resource (UG). Embodiments of the present invention further provide a corresponding device and system. In technical solutions of the present invention, the micro network node participates in accessing the user equipment to a network, so that a UE can rapidly access the network, which reduces an access delay of the UE.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a data transmission system. The first device performs, at a cellular network PDCP layer of the first device, security processing on to-be-transmitted data based on a transmit end-based first policy, to generate a PDU, and sends the PDU to the relay UE, where the first policy is a security processing policy agreed on by the first device and the second device, and the to-be-transmitted data is data that the first device needs to transmit to the second device. The relay UE sends the PDU to the second device. The second device performs, at a cellular network PDCP layer of the second device, security processing on the PDU based on a receive end-based first policy, to obtain the to-be-transmitted data, where the cellular network PDCP layer of the first device is a peer to the cellular network PDCP layer of the second device.

    Abstract: A measurement method, a cell measurement method, an apparatus, and a communications node are disclosed. A first communications node sends measurement information to a second communications node, where the measurement information includes measurement signal configuration information and/or configuration information of a measurement signal combination, the two pieces of configuration information are respectively used by the second communications node to determine a resource of a measurement signal corresponding to the measurement signal configuration information and a resource of a measurement signal corresponding to the configuration information of the measurement signal combination; and the first communications node receives a measurement report sent by the second communications node, where the measurement report carries a measurement result of measurement performed by the second communications node according to the measurement information. The examples of the present invention implement measurement on a radio link after introduction of a non-backward-compatible cell or carrier.
