Abstract: An antenna arrangement—comprising a differential mode antenna—and a common mode antenna, the antenna arrangement—comprising an antenna structure comprising one radiating element, at least one differential antenna feed configured to induce differential mode currents in the radiating element, and at least one common antenna feed configured to induce common mode currents in the radiating element. The antenna structure is configured to excite a first radiofrequency range and a second radiofrequency range in response to the differential mode currents and the common mode currents. The first antenna element and the second antenna element are configured to excite a third radiofrequency range in response to the differential mode currents or the common mode currents. This arrangement makes it possible to locate two antennas in the same given volume while maintaining a high level of isolation between the antennas.

Abstract: A cover includes a cover body and a first line layer. The cover body is made of an insulating material, and the first line layer is made of a conductive material. The first line layer is completely built into the cover body, and the first line layer is configured to form a radiator, and is coupled to a radio frequency transceiver circuit of an electronic device. The first line layer includes a plurality of first conducting wires and a plurality of second conducting wires. The plurality of first conducting wires are arranged at intervals in a first direction, and the plurality of second conducting wires are arranged at intervals in a second direction. The plurality of first conducting wires and the plurality of second conducting wires are disposed intersecting each other. The first direction is different from the second direction.

Abstract: A mobile terminal and a mobile terminal antenna production method. The mobile terminal uses an insulation film layer on an insulation rear housing as a carrier of a radiating element of an antenna, and the radiating element is located within the entire mobile terminal, thereby effectively increasing a height of the radiating element of the antenna relative to a circuit board with the antenna not affecting an appearance of the mobile terminal. Compared with a conventional support solution, this manner can increase a height of about 0.2 mm to 0.6 mm. This reduces an impact caused by a metal component on the circuit board on antenna radiation, and further increases a bandwidth and efficiency of the antenna so that the antenna can cover a frequency band used in a handheld communications system.

Abstract: An antenna apparatus includes a grounding plate, a monopole, a first feeding component, and a second feeding component. A slot on the grounding plate includes a first slot and a second slot that interpenetrate each other, the second slot extends from the first slot to an edge of the grounding plate. The monopole includes a first stub and a second stub extending from the first stub to the second slot, the second stub and the second slot form a feeding structure. The first feeding component is electrically coupled to the grounding plate to feed the feeding structure to excite a first radiation mode of the antenna apparatus. The second feeding component is electrically coupled to the second stub to feed the feeding structure to excite a second radiation mode of the antenna apparatus. Polarizations in the two radiation modes are orthogonal.

Abstract: This application provides a terminal device which includes a housing and a metal line. The metal line is disposed on an outer surface of the housing or embedded in the housing, and the metal line is configured to receive or send an electromagnetic wave signal. In the terminal device provided in this application, the metal line (an antenna) of the terminal device is disposed on the outer surface of the housing of the terminal device or embedded in the housing. This can increase a distance from the metal line to a circuit board of the terminal device, thereby reducing interference of a metal component on the circuit board to radiation of the metal line (radiation of the antenna) and improving operating bandwidth and efficiency of the antenna. This improves operating efficiency of the antenna of the terminal device, thereby improving signal receiving and signal sending quality of the terminal device.
