    Abstract: This application provides a method for reporting a measurement result of interference measurement, to implement interference management performed by a parent node on a child node in an IAB system. The method includes: performing, by a second node, interference measurement to obtain one or more measurement results, the interference measurement includes interference measurement in a first mode and/or interference measurement in a second mode, and sending, by the second node, an uplink signal to the first node, the uplink signal includes the one or more measurement results, the uplink signal includes an indication field, and the indication field is used to indicate a mode of interference measurement corresponding to each of the one or more measurement results.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a communication method and an apparatus. A correspondence between a plurality of MCS indexes and a plurality of modulation schemes is provided to achieve flexible selection of a modulation scheme. In the correspondence, at least one MCS index of the plurality of MCS indexes corresponds to a set modulation schemes which comprises π/2 binary phase shift keying (π/2-BPSK) modulation and quadrature phase shift keying (QPSK) modulation. A first communication device receives a target modulation and coding scheme (MCS) index from a second communication device, determines a target modulation scheme corresponding to the target index number based on the correspondence, and performs communication with the second communication device based on the target modulation scheme.

    Abstract: This application discloses a reference signal determining method and an apparatus. The method includes a first device determines a first reference signal sequence in a reference signal sequence set. The first device maps the first reference signal sequence to a first symbol sequence, and sends a first reference signal corresponding to the first reference signal sequence to a second device based on the first symbol sequence. The first reference signal sequence is used by the second device to estimate impact of phase noise on a received signal, and the impact of the phase noise on the received signal includes at least one of inter-subcarrier interference, a common phase error, and the phase noise. The reference signal sequence set includes at least a first-type reference signal sequence. A time-domain amplitude variance and a frequency-domain amplitude variance of the first-type reference signal sequence each meet a preset threshold.

    Abstract: Examples synchronization signal configuration methods and apparatus are described. One example method is applied to a relay network including a first node and a second node, and the first node is a parent node of the second node. The example method includes sending synchronization signal configuration information by the first node to the second node, where the synchronization signal configuration information is used to indicate M first synchronization signal time-frequency positions and N second synchronization signal time-frequency positions in a candidate synchronization signal time-frequency position set.     Abstract: This application discloses a signal transmission method, including: obtaining, by a terminal device, to-be-transmitted data, uplink control information, and a demodulation reference signal; mapping the to-be-transmitted data, the uplink control information, and the demodulation reference signal to generate multiplexed symbols. The multiplexed symbols include DFT-s-OFDM symbols or OFDM symbols. N first multiplexed symbols are located on one side or two sides of a second multiplexed symbol. A location relationship between each of the N first multiplexed symbols and the second multiplexed symbol satisfies a mapping condition. N is an integer greater than or equal to 1. The first multiplexed symbol is a multiplexed symbol to which the uplink control information is mapped, and the second multiplexed symbol is a multiplexed symbol to which the demodulation reference signal is mapped.
