Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a set of synchronization signal block (SSB) configurations for a corresponding set of frequency resource sets configured for communications in a shared frequency spectrum band. The UE may perform a listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure for each frequency resource set. If an LBT procedure is successful, the UE may select and communicate with a base station on the corresponding frequency resource sets. Accordingly, the UE may receive one or more SSBs from the base station on the selected frequency resource sets based on SSB configurations, which may indicate a floating or fixed configuration for SSBs. The UE may perform radio resource management (RRM) and radio link monitoring based on receiving the SSBs in one or more of the selected frequency resource sets according to the corresponding SSB configurations.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for forward/retransmitting a data transmission to a target UE through a helper UE. A helper UE may receive a data transmission from a network node, determining whether the received data transmission is intended for a target UE or for the helper UE itself, based on a control message, and retransmitting the data transmission to the target UE upon determining that the data transmission is intended for the target UE. A network node such as a base station may transmit a control message to at least a help UE, the control message comprising an indicator of whether a data transmission is intended for the helper UE or a target UE and transmit the data transmission to at least the helper UE and the target UE.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink control information (DCI) message that dynamically schedules one or more physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions. The UE may autonomously determine a set of scheduling parameters for the one or more PUSCH transmissions that are dynamically scheduled by the DCI message. The UE may transmit the one or more PUSCH transmissions based at least in part on the set of scheduling parameters. Furthermore, in some aspects, uplink control information (UCI) may be multiplexed onto each of the one or more PUSCH transmissions. For example, the UCI multiplexed onto each PUSCH transmission may indicate the set of scheduling parameters autonomously determined for the respective PUSCH transmission. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may perform a channel access procedure to gain access to a bandwidth part in a shared spectrum for sidelink communications with a second UE. The first UE may transmit a signal to the second UE using one or more sub-bands of the bandwidth part, and the signal may include one or more sidelink synchronization signal blocks (S-SSBs) multiplexed with frequency resources associated with a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH). The one or more S-SSBs may be transmitted using a set of symbol periods of a transmission time interval (TTI) (e.g., a slot) that are preceded by a least four initial symbol periods of the TTI. In some examples, the first UE may transmit a sidelink control information (SCI) message indicating which of the one or more sub-bands include the one or more S-SSBs.

Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to multiplexing uplink control channel signals from different users are provided. A first wireless communication device obtains an uplink control channel multiplex configuration indicating a first frequency spreading sequence and at least one of a second frequency spreading sequence or a first spatial direction. The first wireless communication device communicates, with a second wireless communication device, a first uplink control channel signal including a first reference signal and a first uplink control information signal in a frequency spectrum based on the uplink control channel multiplex configuration. The first reference signal is based on the first frequency spreading sequence and the first uplink control information signal is based on at least one of the second frequency spreading sequence or the first spatial direction.
