Abstract: A processing method for vehicle surround view, a vehicle surround view system and an in-vehicle processing device are provided. The processing method for vehicle surround view includes the following steps: obtaining a first exterior image and a second exterior image; recognizing a first interest object in the first exterior image and a second interest object in the second exterior image; fitting the first interest object to a first geometric contour and fitting the second interest object to a second geometric contour; applying the first geometric contour and the second geometric contour on a 3D model, to obtain a ground point, a first contour position and a second contour position; obtaining a merged contour position according to the ground point; and projecting the first interest object or the second interest object at the merged contour position on a vehicle surround image.

Abstract: Techniques for determining detection boxes representing objects in an environment using pixel clustering are disclosed herein. Autonomous vehicle sensors can capture data in an environment that may include separate objects, such as large and/or articulated vehicles. In an example, the data can include a plurality of pixels that are associated with a large object. A vehicle computing system can generate a detection box for each pixel of the plurality of pixels and can determine at least one averaged detection box representing the large object. In an example, the vehicle computing system can control the vehicle based in part on the at least one averaged detection boxes.

Abstract: An object tracking system that includes a first sensor and a second sensor that are each configured to capture frames of at least a portion of a global plane for a space. The system is configured to identify a first pixel location for a marker within a first frame and to determine an (x,y) coordinate for the marker using a first homography. The system is further configured to identify a second pixel location for the marker in the second sensor using a second homography, to identify a third pixel location using a disparity mapping, and to determine a distance difference between the second pixel location and the third pixel location. The system is further configured to compare the distance difference to a difference threshold level and to recompute the first homography and/or the second homography in response to determining that the distance difference exceeds the difference threshold level.

Abstract: A drone includes a motor, a noise receiver, a camera, a distance measurer, and a directed sound beam generator. The noise receiver is configured to detect a noise caused by the motor. The camera is configured to capture an image of an area when the drone is in the air. The distance measurer is configured to measure a distance between the drone and a particular point in the captured image. The directed sound beam generator is configured to emit a sound beam that is directed to a particular direction. The drone further includes a processor configured to analyze the detected noise to determine a frequency spectrum of the detected noise. The processor is further configured to analyze the captured image to identify a target, and cause the directed sound beam generator to emit a sound beam to actively cancel at least a portion of the noise directed to the target.

Abstract: According to one aspect of an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, a system and method for determining the location of one or more regions of interest (ROIs) within one or more preshot images taken of an anatomy includes the steps of providing an imaging system having a radiation source, a detector, and a camera aligned with the detector. The camera image and preshot images are employed to determine the location of one or more regions of interest (ROIs) within the preshot images, such that exposure parameters for the operation of the radiation source to obtain one or more main shots of the subject can be adjusted corresponding to the image data for the ROI from the one or more preshot images.
