A vacuum evaporation apparatus comprises a housing, in which a main vacuum cavity, a side vacuum cavity and a switch assembly are disposed. The main vacuum cavity is configured for vacuum evaporation. A tomography detection module for scanning a crucible to be measured and a manipulator for accessing a crucible in main vacuum cavity are disposed in the side vacuum cavity. A switch assembly is disposed between the main vacuum cavity and the side vacuum cavity. Where the switch assembly is opened, the main vacuum cavity and the side vacuum cavity are communicated with each other to enable accessing the crucible. Where the switch assembly is closed, the main vacuum cavity and the side vacuum cavity are separated from each other.

A pixel structure according to embodiments of the present disclosure may include a plurality of sub-pixel units driven by a same gate line and a same data line. Each of the sub-pixel units may consist of two or more sub-pixels, and be divided into N display regions. In a power-on state, an N-domain display may be implemented by the sub-pixel unit due to different electric fields generated by different display regions respectively. Technical solutions of the present disclosure can improve chromatic aberration phenomenon of a LCD device with transmittance of the LCD device being guaranteed.

The present disclosure provides an array substrate, a display panel, manufacturing methods thereof and a display device. The array substrate includes a display region and a non-display region. The non-display region includes a sealant region arranged at a periphery of the display region and a peripheral region arranged at a periphery of the sealant region. The array substrate further includes a plurality of signal connection lines for connecting driving lines. The signal connection lines include a first connection line, a portion of which is arranged at the peripheral region and another portion of which is arranged at the sealant region.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method of bonding a cover plate and a touch sensing film, and a touch screen manufactured by using the method. The method comprises steps of: bonding a cover plate and at least one touch sensing film together by an adhesive so as to form a touch module; deaerating the touch module; and laminating the deaerated touch module. The touch module is laminated after deaerating the touch module, thus water waves in the touch module may be removed, thereby increasing product yield.

The present disclosure provides a pixel driving circuit, a pixel driving method and a display apparatus. The pixel driving circuit includes a pre-charging control unit, a storage capacitor, a driving transistor and a threshold compensation unit. The pre-charging control unit charges the storage capacitor by a supply voltage during a pre-charging period; the threshold compensation unit during the threshold compensation period, together with the driving transistor and under the control of the control signal, controls the storage capacitor to be discharged until a voltage of the second electrode of the driving transistor becomes Vdata+Vth; and during a light-emitting period, control a gate-source voltage of the driving transistor to compensate for Vth, where Vth is a threshold voltage of the driving transistor, and Vdata is a voltage of the data signal.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a target material thickness measuring apparatus including: a support; and a plurality of distance measuring units mounted on the support and arranged in a first direction, the plurality of distance measuring units being configured to respectively measure thicknesses of portions of a target material at a plurality of positions in the first direction. A plurality of thickness values of different portions of the target material along a straight line can be obtained at one time, for example, by performing a single measurement of thicknesses of the portions of the target material at the plurality of positions by means of the plurality of distance measuring units, thereby improving measurement efficiency.
