In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to abase station, a UE capability report including an indication of a minimum time interval between starting symbols of communications associated with different beam indications. The UE may receive, from the base station, a first beam indication associated with a first communication, wherein the first communication is scheduled such that a starting symbol of the first communication is not within the minimum time interval of a starting symbol of a second communication associated with a second beam indication that is different from the first beam indication.     Abstract: Techniques for power control under unified transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state indication are provided. In an example, a base station may transmit to a user equipment (UE) first configuration information for beam indication of an uplink (UL) transmission and second configuration information for a power control parameter. The beam indication for the UL transmission may be indicated by a unified TCI state corresponding to the UL transmission. The UE may configure power control of the UL transmission based on the first configuration information and the second configuration information, and transmit, to the base station, the uplink transmission according to the configured power control.

    Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a UE to determine QCL information and/or a spatial filter for non-dedicated channel and/or signal based on a unified TCI indication from a base station. In one aspect, a UE receives a TCI state indication in association with a communication of at least one non-dedicated DL channel or non-dedicated DL signal. The UE determines QCL information for the communication of the at least one non-dedicated DL channel or the non-dedicated DL signal based on one or more source reference signals for the received TCI state indication. The UE receives the at least one non-dedicated DL channel or the non-dedicated DL signal based on the received TCI state indication and the determined QCL information.
