Abstract: A UE may receive, from a base station/TRP, a configuration for a beam pair including an UL beam and a DL beam and transmit a RACH message via the UL beam while receiving DL information via the DL beam. The UE and/or the base station/TRP may be configured to operate in a FD mode. In aspects, the UE may transmit a RACH preamble based on a first mode of transmission. After a threshold time delay measured from the transmission of the RACH preamble, the UE may retransmit the RACH preamble based on a second mode of transmission. The second mode of transmission may be a same mode of transmission or a different mode of transmission from the first mode of transmission. Each mode of transmission may be based on one or more of TDM, FDM, or SDM.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a central entity may determine a set of schedulable resources for a plurality of links associated with a plurality of nodes of a multi-link network; and may provide scheduling information to the plurality of nodes to schedule communication on the plurality of links based at least in part on determining the set of schedulable resources. In some aspects, a node of a network may determine an extended slot format indicator for the node based at least in part on a received extended slot format indicator of a parent node of the node and a received null adjust request from a child node of the node; may provide the determined extended slot format indicator to the child node; and may provide the received null adjust request to the parent node. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a UE and/or a base station to identify a TCI state for each of the multiple TRPs when the DCI does not include a TCI state. For examples, aspects presented herein may enable the UE and/or the base station to identify TCI states from different TRPs based at least in part on one of a default beam rule, the TCI state used for transmitting PDCCH, or the TCI state used for transmitting previous/last PDSCH. In one aspect, an apparatus receives a single DCI from one TRP of a base station or multiple DCIs from multiple TRPs of the base station that do not contain a TCI state. Then the apparatus receive PDSCH from the multiple TRPs of the base station based on a TCI state in which the PDSCH is to be transmitted from each of the multiple TRPs of the base station.

Abstract: Methods, devices, systems, and computer-readable media for supporting position estimation are disclosed. A method at a first user equipment (UE) device may comprise sending or receiving, via a sidelink channel, a ranging signal between the first UE device and a second UE device. The method may further comprise obtaining at least one ranging measurement based on the sending or receiving the ranging signal between the first UE device and a second UE device. The method may further comprise broadcasting, via the sidelink channel, (1) the at least one ranging measurement with a reference to the second UE device or (2) a position estimate for the first UE device based on the at least one ranging measurement.

Abstract: An apparatus, e.g., a UE, for resolution of conflicts between HD and FD configurations is disclosed. The UE receives a configuration indicating that a first set of symbols is configured for HD communication with at least one of D symbols, U symbols, or F symbols in which the F symbols are configured as D or U. The UE receives DCI scheduling FD communication including an FD transmission and an FD reception on a second set of symbols. The second set of symbols have a third set of symbols in common with the first set of symbols. The third set of symbols have conflicting HD and FD configurations. The UE cancels, based on the conflicting HD and FD configurations of the third set of symbols, at least one of the FD transmission or the FD reception in the third set of symbols.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for wireless communications. An example method generally includes calculating a first power headroom report (PHR) for a half duplex (HD) operating mode, calculating a second PHR for a full duplex (FD) operating mode during which maximum uplink transmit power is subject to one or more self-interference constraints, determining whether to report the first PHR, the second PHR, or both, and reporting at least one of the first PHR or the second PHR to a network entity, in accordance with the determination.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a forwarding node may determine a numerology for a forwarding operation, that is associated with forwarding signals between a first wireless node and a second wireless node, based at least in part on one or more of: a numerology of a control link between the forwarding node and a control node, a delay spread of a first link with the first wireless node or a delay spread of a second link with the second wireless node, or a configuration, indicated by the control node, of the forwarding operation. The forwarding node may perform the forwarding operation based at least in part on the numerology. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for adapting a radar transmission based on a congestion level. A wireless device, such as a radar device, a UE, a base station, a vehicle, etc., may detect a congestion level of a wireless communication environment that includes the wireless device. The wireless device may have at least one of a first FOV or a first range within the wireless communication environment. The wireless device may transmit, based on the congestion level exceeding a threshold, a radar signal that corresponds to the wireless device having at least one of a second FOV or a second range in the wireless communication environment that is smaller than the at least one of the first FOV or the first range.
