    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for PEI location determination. According to certain aspects, a method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a network entity, a configuration of a paging early indication (PEI) that indicates, for multiple paging occasions (POs) in multiple paging frames (PFs), whether paging physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs) are scheduled in the multiple POs, identifying a reference PF from one of the multiple PFs, and monitoring for the PEI in a location of a PEI occasion determined based on the reference PF and at least one timing offset.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. According to one or more aspects, a device, such as a user equipment (UE), may establish a primary cell (PCell) connection and a secondary cell (SCell) connection which may trigger a power headroom (PHR) report and initiate a timer for PHR reporting based on the triggering. The UE may configure a bandwidth part (BWP) associated with the SCell connection to operate in a first dormancy state. The UE may receive an indication to configure the SCell BWP to operate in a second dormancy state and may switch the SCell BWP operations to the second dormancy state. The UE ay determine a status of the timer for PHR reporting and may determine whether to transmit a PHR report based on the status of the timer and the indication to switch the BWP operations.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may communicate with a base station to measure cross-link interference (CLI) from an aggressor UE. The first UE may receive a CLI measurement configuration which provides a CLI measurement resource for the first UE to use for measurement of CLI from an aggressor UE. The first UE may select, based on a selection priority, a reference cell for estimation of a CLI measurement resource timing. The first may determine a reference cell timing based on a reference signal of the reference cell, and the first UE may estimate the CLI measurement resource timing based on the reference cell timing. The first UE may measure CLI from the aggressor UE in accordance with the CLI measurement resource timing.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a cell-level cross link interference sounding reference signal (CLI-SRS) configuration, wherein the cell-level CLI-SRS configuration identifies CLI-SRS resources in one or more full-duplex slots for cross link interference measurements associated with Uu and sidelink communications. The UE may receive an indication to transmit a CLI-SRS, or to measure cross link interference, in a CLI-SRS resource of the CLI-SRS resources identified in the cell-level CLI-SRS configuration. The UE may transmit the CLI-SRS in the CLI-SRS resource or measuring cross-link interference in connection with a CLI-SRS transmission from another UE in the CLI-SRS resource based at least in part on the indication. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: In a wireless network, a base station may configure a victim user equipment (UE) experiencing interference with a periodic measurement resource using Layer 3 (L3) signaling, and the UE may report cross-link interference (CLI) measurements to the base station using L3 messages. However, using L3 signaling to configure interference measurement and reporting may result in an inflexible interference measurement configuration and a long latency to report CLI and/or self-interference feedback. Furthermore, although Layer 1 and/or Layer 2 (L1/L2) CLI reporting may be more suitable to track and adapt to dynamic changes in interference conditions, L1/L2 signaling increases control signaling and CLI management overhead at the base station. Accordingly, some aspects described herein relate to an adaptive L3 CLI measurement and reporting framework, where L3 messages may include one or more adaptive fields to support flexibility in configuring CLI measurement and/or CLI reporting parameters.
