The plurality of fixing portions includes a plurality of adhesive portions attaching the support substrate to the heat dissipation plate.

The solventless quantum dot composition comprises quantum dots surface-modified with at least two ligands, has low viscosity and good optical properties, and can be prepared by synthesis of quantum dots (QDs), followed by direct ligand substitution in the solution, thereby securing a simplified preparation process.

Each of the mark patterns includes at least one recess portion, and has a point-symmetrical shape with respect to a corresponding symmetry point.
