    摘要: The disclosure discloses a testing device and a testing system for high-pressure and large-scale gap dynamic sealing performance. The testing device includes a cylinder, first and second plunger rods and a piston rod. A first chamber is formed between an end of the first plunger rod and the cylinder, and a second chamber is formed between an end of the second plunger rod and the cylinder. The first chamber and the second chamber are provided with high-pressure liquid, and the two chambers communicate with each other. When being driven by a driving device, the piston rod drives the first and second plunger rods to reciprocate left and right. A plunger sleeve is disposed outside each of the first and second plunger rods. The plunger sleeve has a leakage port. When the first and second plunger rods reciprocate, the high-pressure liquid in the chambers leaks from the leakage port.

    摘要: The invention provides a dynamic seal test device for cryogenic fluid medium. The dynamic seal test device includes stator unit, rotor unit, slipway, servo motor unit and sensors. The tested seal is installed inside the stator, and the thermal insulation stator and vacuum rotor together form a dynamic seal test structure. The seals and shaft sleeves can be flexibly replaced, which is beneficial to study the influence of different seal types, structure, and seal land configurations on the sealing performance. The servo motor provides power for the rotor and controls the rotation speed. The device greatly improves the thermal insulation capacity to avoid the gasification for the cryogenic fluid medium induced by the heat transfer from environment so that ensuring the stability of the test device.

    摘要: A method for leak testing includes a leak testing step and a reference leak step. In the leak testing step, a hollow work 20 as a test object is encapsulated in a work capsule 11. A test pressure is supplied to the work capsule 11 through a path 2a connected to the work capsule. A variation of pressure inside the work capsule 11 is detected in a condition in which the path 2a is shut-off, and a judgment is made whether a leakage through the work is generated based on the detected output. In the reference leak step, a reference leak device 30 having a known pinhole 31a is mounted on a work 20′ for reference leakage that is same as the work 20 as the test object. The work 20′ for reference leakage is encapsulated in the work capsule 11. The test pressure is supplied to the work capsule 11 via the path 2a, and a reference leakage is generated in the work 20′ for reference leakage via the reference leak device 30 in a condition in which the path 2a is shut-off. A variation of pressure inside the work capsule 11 accompanying the reference leakage is detected.

A regulator and/or the vent valve selectively operate the downstream fluid path, defining a high-pressure fluid path, to receive a liquid; and the upstream fluid path in combination with the downstream fluid path, defining a low-pressure fluid path, to receive a gas. Manifold components are pressure rated based on use and are ASME Code B31.3 compliant. A flexible hose connects with either of the low-pressure fluid path and the high-pressure fluid path of the manifold. The case includes parking receptacles and a carrying handle configured to stow the hose during transport.
