    Abstract: A fishing rod docking system including an elongated carrier member having a front end and a rear end, a rear rod holding member configured to be coupled to, and extend away from, a top surface of the carrier member proximate the rear end, and a front rod holding member configured to be coupled to, and extend away from, the top surface of the carrier member proximate the front end, wherein the rear and front rod holding members are each configured with a plurality of receiving slots such that each receiving slot provided on the rear rod holding member has a corresponding receiving slot provided on the front rod holding member, each pair of corresponding receiving slots configured to receive and hold a fishing rod extending therethrough.

    Abstract: A fishing rod holder consists of a first panel, a second panel, a plurality of connecting members, a first strap portion, and a second strap portion. The plurality of connecting members is positioned in between the first panel and the second panel. The spacing between each of the plurality of connecting members allows a user to position a fishing rod handle in between an arbitrary connecting member and an adjacent connecting member selected from the plurality of connecting members. Since the plurality of connecting members is radially positioned, the fishing rod can be mounted at a preferred angle. The first strap portion and the second strap portion are used for attaching purposes. When the apparatus is being used with an external weighted object, the first strap portion and the second strap portion are wrapped around the external weighted object.

    Abstract: A portable storage device with seating capabilities includes of a hollow enclosure, a planar top panel, a planar bottom panel, a first opening, a second opening, at least one pull-out drawer, and a sliding mechanism. The planar top panel and the planar bottom panel are connected at opposite ends of the hollow enclosure. Both the first opening and the second opening traverse into a structural body of the hollow enclosure. Thus, an interior of the hollow enclosure can be accessed through the first opening or the second opening. Preferably, the at least one pull-out drawer is integrated into the first opening through the sliding mechanism. As a result, small items can be organized in the at least one pull-out drawer. The planar top panel, which can be sleeved by a padded cover, is used for seating purposes when the hollow enclosure is in an upright position.

    Abstract: A rod holding device comprises an elongate low strut, an elongate pivot strut, a first range plate, and a second range plate. The first range plate is spaced from the second range plate and both plates are fixed to a superior end of the low strut which is positioned between the range plates. A pivot joint provides pivoting motion between the pivot strut and low strut for various storage and operational configurations. A clamp assembly engages the first range plate, second range plate and pivot strut for angular locking between the pivot strut and the low strut. A holder assembly comprising an upper rod holder and a lower rod holder is fixed to the pivot strut for holding rods therein. The rod holding device is releasable from an anchor fixed to a base panel.

    Abstract: A fishing caddy system which generally includes a rod holder assembly having at least one rod holder which may be rotatable to different angles to suit the user. There are hooks in the rod holder assembly for receiving the fishing line and thereby preventing the wind from blowing the line around, resulting in faster detection of catches. The rod holder assembly can be mounted to a universal mounting receiver which can be placed on any stationary body. Cup holders and other accessories may also be mounted in proximity to the rod holder assembly using other universal mounting receivers. An accelerometer may also be included which detects vibrations caused by the fishing line against the hook, alerting the user via LEDs or a wireless alert sent to the user's wireless computing device, such as a smart phone.

    Abstract: A two piece fishing rod storage assembly, especially designed to be mounted on a automobile roof rack, is provided. The rear assembly is installed on the rear roof rack crossbar and the front assembly is installed on the front roof rack crossbar. The rear assembly is comprised of a plurality of hollow tube sections connected to each other, running parallel to each other, and longitudinally with the automobile. In the rear of and spanning the inside of the hollow tube sections are a gimbal attached rod to prevent rotation of the fishing rod while in the rack. The front assembly is an “alligator style” horizontal clamping apparatus which clamps around the midsection or tip of a fishing rod and locks closed to prevent theft.
