The fixing bracket for the flexible circuit board includes: a connecting portion for connecting the fixing bracket to a target component that needs to be fixed; and a fixing portion for limiting and fixing the flexible circuit board. The connecting portion is disposed between the target component and the fixing portion and the connecting portion is connected to the fixing portion. The technical solution of embodiments of the present application can inhibit warping or wearing of flexible circuit boards during transportation, thereby preventing abnormalities in battery sampling caused by warping or wearing of the flexible circuit boards.

During the clamping, an inclined wedge surface converts the pressure in the first direction to a pressure on the terminals in a second direction, so as to establish a reliable electrical contact between the terminals, direct or with the interposition of a spacing block. Wedge surfaces can be provided laterally, for example in the arms of the jaws, or between distinct bodies forming a spacing block between the terminals.
