    摘要: A lighting apparatus includes a light source for emitting an illumination light, a micromirror array having a plurality of micromirror actuators, and an illumination optical unit and an optical sensor unit. The illumination light emitted by the light source is guided onto the micromirror actuators and reflected at the latter and, with the reflection integrated over time, an on beam is reflected to a lighting application by the micromirror actuators in a respective on tilt position via the illumination optical unit, and an off beam is reflected next to the illumination optical unit by the micromirror actuators in a respective off tilt position. Part of the illumination light contained in the off beam is guided, at least in part, onto the optical sensor unit.

    摘要: An intelligent automotive headlamp module with combined functions comprises a three-color laser light source array (1), a beam combination lens assembly (2) used for converging three-color laser light, an electric-controlled deflecting reflector unit (3) arranged in the light emergence direction of the laser beam combination lens assembly (2), and a transmission-type fluorescent material (5), wherein the reflecting surfaces (A-1, B-1) of the reflector unit rotate around the axes in a reciprocating mode at a high speed, and thus a reciprocating scanning segment is formed; the transmission-type fluorescent material (5) converts blue single-wavelength light irradiating the front side of the transmission-type fluorescent material (5) into white complex-wavelength light, and the white complex-wavelength light is output from the back side of the transmission-type fluorescent material (5).

    摘要: The invention describes a light conversion module (100) comprising a transparent substrate (120), a conversion layer (110) attached to a light exit side of the substrate (120), wherein the conversion layer (110) is arranged to convert a part of laser light (10) of a first wavelength range entering the substrate (120) via a light entrance side to converted laser light (20) of a second wavelength range different from the first wavelength range, and to transmit another part of the laser light (10), such that a mixture of the transmitted laser light (15) and of a part of the converted laser light (20) leaves the conversion layer (110) in forward direction opposite to the side where the conversion layer (110) is attached to the light exit side of the substrate (120), and wherein the substrate (120) is arranged such that converted laser light (20) entering the substrate via the light exit side is inhibited to re-enter the conversion layer (110) via the light exit side by arranging a thickness of the substrate (120) perpendicular to the light exit side such that the converted laser light (20) entering the substrate which is totally reflected at the light entrance side of the substrate (120) does not hit the conversion layer (110) after one total reflection at the light entrance side. The invention further describes a laser-based light source (200), especially an automotive headlight, comprising such a light conversion module (100). The invention further relates to a method of manufacturing such a light conversion module (100).

    摘要: A light emitting device includes: a base; a laser element disposed on an upper face of the base and adapted to laterally emit a laser beam; a phosphor member disposed on the upper face of the base; a first optical member disposed on the upper face of the base, the first optical member comprising an entry-side lateral face through which the laser beam enters during use and an exit-side lateral face through which the laser beam exits during use, and the first optical member being configured to change a traveling direction of the laser beam such that the laser beam transmitted through the first optical member irradiates an upper face of the phosphor member; and a cap comprising: a light shielding member, and a light transmissive member located over the through hole, the laser element, the phosphor member, and the first optical member. The light shielding member includes a protruded portion extending downward to a position that is lower than an upper end of the first optical member so as to face the exit-side lateral face of the first optical member.
