摘要： A cross-type limit switch (10) with a housing (12) that contains a gear mechanism (24) that includes a cover plate (38), base plate (48), and intermediate plate (42). The intermediate plate (42) has first and second cutouts (44, 46) within which respective gearwheels (54, 58) are arranged. The first and second gear wheels (54, 58) have respective plugthrough openings (56, 60), and a shaft (20) coupled to an actuating lever (18) outside the housing is rotatably mounted in a first bearing arrangement (22) connected to the housing. The actuating lever shaft (20) extends through the first plugthrough opening (56) of the first gear wheel (54) for rotating and radially locating the first gear wheel (54). A rotary switch (30) arranged in the housing (12) has a switch shaft (138) rotatably mounted in a second bearing arrangement (106, 34) that extend through the second plugthrough opening (60) of the second gearwheel for rotating and radially locating the second gearwheel (58).

摘要： To prevent a random coil of and an overwind of a belt with simple structure, a belt hoist includes a random coil preventing member pressed against the belt wound around a winding member to prevent a random coil of the belt, the random coil preventing member being movable in response to changes in circle diameter of the belt; and control means for controlling drive of drive means in association with the random coil preventing member when the circle diameter becomes a specified diameter. Further, a belt guide having a belt guide portion is supported between two side plates in such a freely sliding manner as to allow the winding of the belt onto the winding member.

摘要： A hoist apparatus comprising a frame, a hoist drum mounted on the frame for rotation about a drum axis, a motor connected to the drum for selectively rotating the drum in opposite wind-up and wind-off directions about the drum axis, a hoist rope wound around the drum such that the rope winds on to and off of the drum in response to rotation of the drum in the wind-up and wind-off directions, respectively, the rope having a maximum wind-up point beyond which it is not desirable to wind a significant amount of rope on to the drum, and a proximity switch mounted on the frame adjacent the drum such that the drum moves relative to the switch, the switch being capable of sensing the presence of the rope without touching the rope, and the switch preventing the motor from rotating the drum in the wind-up direction when the switch senses the presence of the rope on the drum at the maximum wind-up point.

摘要： A winch includes a cylinder containing a movable piston to which are respectively mounted a fixed and a movable pulley assembly around which a line to be pulled is entrained. The pulley assemblies are located within the working chamber and the line enters the cylinder through one end formed remote from the chamber and through a one way brake mounted to that remote end. The brake permits line to enter the cylinder as the working chamber is pressurized to move the piston and thereby the movable assembly towards the remote end. The one way brake prevents line from exiting the cylinder at this location. The line extends slidingly through the piston and may exit the cylinder at the opposite end thereof which is also equipped with a one way brake which prevents line from entering the cylinder but allows the line to exit the cylinder. End of stroke positions of the piston are sensed by means of Hall Effect Sensors to control pressurization and venting of the working chamber through a three way valve.
