摘要： A simple structure is provided for the frame by changing the orientation of the crank mechanism so as to orient the crankshaft longitudinally. More specifically, the structure includes two ring-shaped main plates are provided in the front and back and are connected by means of connector plates. An upwardly and downwardly movable slide for the machine press is provided in a space demarcated by four column portions of the ring-shaped main plates and a bolster is provided atop a bed of the ring-shaped main plates. A crankshaft oriented longitudinally is provided at the crown portion of the ring-shaped main plates, and the slide is moved upward and downward by a drive mechanism that includes the crankshaft.

摘要： A frame (12) with a charging chamber (14) for receiving a load of waste material, a platen (20) that moves in the charging chamber to compact the material load, and one or more wheels (44) rotatably coupled to the platen. The charging chamber (14) has a floor (34), the platen (20) has a bottom (32) that slidably contacts the floor and supports enough of the weight of the platen on the floor that none or little of the material can pass under the platen, and the wheels (44) support a substantial portion of the weight of the platen on the floor to mitigate sliding friction. The wheels (44) are made of a resilient material and deform from an unloaded state to a loaded state when supporting the substantial portion of the weight of the platen (20).

摘要： In a large-part transfer press, several forming stations are arranged below a common slide in order to minimize cost. The bedplate construction has two longitudinal or basic supports. On each support, one bedplate per forming station is transversely placed and fastened as required. Driving of the slide takes place by two mutually independent head pieces which, depending on the number of stations, are arranged side-by-side at a distance. Each of the head pieces spans only one forming station.

The press frame comprises a c-shaped support member having a top arm and at least two bottom arms and an intermediate arm connecting the top and bottom arms. There is provided an aperture in the top arm for receiving a sleeve constructed so as to receive the cylinder of the power supply. There is also provided a lock to threadably engage the threaded end of the cylinder to releasably hold the cylinder in place relative to the press frame.

摘要： A self aligning die guide pin bushing incorporates inner and outer sleeves that are axially locked together, but which can shift radially relative to one another sufficiently to accommodated an eccentricity between the guide pin and the bore in which the bushing is mounted. The outer sleeve of the bushing is mounted to the bore conventionally, and is removable. After the outer sleeve is mounted, the other die is moved so as to push the guide pin through the inner sleeve, thereby forcing the inner sleeve into alignment with the guide pin. Then, an epoxy layer is injected into the spaced between sleeves to fix the inner sleeve in alignment with the guide pin.

摘要： The eccentric shaft is connected via the connecting rod and slider to single arm levers projecting at both sides away from the slider. At their ends remote from the slider the levers are supported via threaded spindles at the frame of the punch press. Groups of link members are pivotally mounted to the levers. These groups of link members are connected to double lever pairs arranged symmetrically relative to the center line of the frame of the press. Every double lever is pivotally mounted to a pressing column. The pressing columns of a respective pair of double levers are mounted to a relative ram. Each ram is guided by three guide columns, of which two are rigidly connected to a ram and one to the frame of the press. By the symmetrical dividing of the driving structures and the two rams derived therefrom the punch press is given an extremely long space for mounting the tools without that the height of the punch press, the allowable rated output and the moving masses must be kept overly large.
