摘要: A semiconductor package includes a substrate, a set of terminals protruding from a first surface of the substrate, a power stage physically and thermally coupled to the first surface of the substrate, and a flexible circuit including at least one circuit layer forming power stage conductors and control circuit conductors disposed on a flexible insulating substrate layer. The power stage is between the flexible circuit and the substrate and is mounted on a first surface of the flexible circuit such that the power stage is electrically connected to the power stage conductors. The package includes a die mounted on a second surface of the flexible circuit opposite the power stage. An output of the die is electrically connected to an input of the power stage via the control circuit conductors.

摘要: A controller of a switching converter includes an error amplifying circuit, a first comparison circuit, a valley detection circuit, a valley selection circuit and a frequency control circuit. The error amplifying circuit generates a compensation signal based on the difference between a reference signal and a feedback signal. The first comparison circuit compares the compensation signal with a modulation signal and generates a pulse frequency modulation signal. The valley detection circuit detects valleys of a resonant voltage of the switching converter and generates a valley pulse signal. The valley selection circuit generates a valley enable signal corresponding to a target valley number based on the pulse frequency modulation signal and the valley pulse signal. The frequency control circuit generates a frequency control signal to control the switching frequency of the first switch based on the valley enable signal and the valley pulse signal.

摘要: A DC converter, a controlling method, and a vehicle are provided. The DC converter includes: a first inductor, a switching unit, a diode, a first capacitor, a load resistor, a pre-charge control unit and a controller. The output terminal of the controller is connected with the control terminal of the switching unit and the control terminal of the pre-charge control unit. The controller is configured to control the switching unit to be turned on or turned off, and to control the resistor connected between the negative electrode of the diode and the first end of the load resistance in the pre-charge control unit when the switching unit is turned off, such that the direct current converter is pre-charged by the low-voltage power supply.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a power supply system. The power supply system comprises a first loop and a second loop. The first loop includes a DC-DC conversion module connected in parallel to a first load, and each first terminal of the DC-DC conversion module and the first load that are connected in parallel is grounded. The second loop includes a storage battery connected in parallel to a second load, and each first terminal of the storage battery and the second load that are connected in parallel is grounded. The power supply system further includes a switch unit. The switch unit includes a switch. The switch is coupled in series between a second terminal of each of the DC-DC conversion module and the first load that are connected in parallel and a second terminal of each of the storage battery and the second load that are connected in parallel. The switch is in an on-state by default, so that a vehicle is started by using the storage battery in the second loop.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for regulating a power converter. An example system controller includes: a driver configured to output a drive signal to a switch to affect a current flowing through an inductive winding of a power converter, the drive signal being associated with a switching period including an on-time period and an off-time period. The switch is closed in response to the drive signal during the on-time period. The switch is opened in response to the drive signal during the off-time period. A duty cycle is equal to a duration of the on-time period divided by a duration of the switching period. One minus the duty cycle is equal to a parameter. The system controller is configured to keep a multiplication product of the duty cycle, the parameter and the duration of the on-time period approximately constant.
