Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for signal transmission and reception are provided for a wireless communication system. A message including resource configuration information for a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) is transmitted to a terminal on higher layer signaling. The resource configuration information includes information on physical resource blocks (PRBs). Downlink control information (DCI) is transmitted to the terminal on a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). The DCI includes a resource indicator for explicitly indicating the resource configuration information. Uplink control information (UCI) is received from the terminal on the PUCCH based on the PRBs associated with the resource configuration information indicated by the resource indicator.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for transmitting and receiving a signal in a base station of a mobile communication system, the method including generating power control information for device to device (D2D) communication for a terminal and transmitting, to the terminal, a message including an indicator indicative of a power control mode of the terminal in accordance with the generated power control information. In accordance with a method for controlling transmit power of a terminal and a method for selecting a transmit resource in a mobile communication system, mutual interference between the D2D communication and cellular communication can be reduced, and communication efficiency improved.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to notifying a terminal of subcarrier spacing(s) used in a random access procedure. A master information block (MIB) includes information associated with a first subcarrier spacing used for a system information block (SIB) and a random access response. The SIB includes information associated with a second subcarrier spacing used for a physical random access channel (PRACH) on which a random access preamble is transmitted. A terminal transmits the random access preamble to a base station based on the second subcarrier spacing and receives, from the base station, a random access response to the random access preamble based on the first subcarrier spacing.

The sidelink transmission is transmitted to the second terminal in the TTI in case that no uplink transmission is scheduled in the TTI. The sidelink transmission is transmitted based on a smaller transmission power value from two transmission power values.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for transmitting/receiving feedback in a mobile communication system are provided. The method includes transmitting, to a terminal, CSI feedback configuration information including feedback mode information, and information on a codebook configuration and a CSI-RS configuration; and receiving, from the terminal, CSI feedback information including a CQI and a PMI based on the feedback mode information. The feedback mode information indicates types of CSI feedback information. The information on the codebook configuration and the CSI-RS configuration includes a set of available precoding matrices and a first number and a second number associated with antenna ports of CSI-RS. A number of the antenna ports of CSI-RS is determined based on the first number and the second number associated with the antenna ports. The PMI indicates a precoding matrix included in the set of available precoding matrices. The CQI is obtained based on the CSI-RS associated with the number of antenna ports.
