    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for handling of QoE measurements. In aspects, a UE may transmit, to a base station, an indication of one or more UE capabilities for at least one of multiple instances or simultaneous instances of one or more QoE measurements at the UE associated with one or more types of services, and receive, from the base station, a QoE measurement information configuration for the QoE measurement information associated with the one or more types of services based on the indication that of the one or more UE capabilities.

    Abstract: An OAM core network may receive a request for a ML/NN model and features associated with a ML/NN procedure. The OAM core network may determine a latest update to the ML/NN model and features based on the request and generate a response to the request indicative of the latest update to the ML/NN model and features. In aspects, a base station may initiate the request for the ML/NN model and features by transmitting the request for the ML/NN model and features to the OAM core network. The base station may receive the generated response of the OAM core network based on the transmitted request. In further aspects, a UE may initiate the request for the ML/NN model and features by transmitting the request to the base station, where the UE may receive the ML/NN model and features from the base station based on the transmitted request.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, and computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for managing paging monitoring by a wireless device. In one aspect, the wireless device may receive a serving cell signal from a cell. The wireless device may determine a delay time based on the serving cell signal. The wireless device may monitor for the paging signal during the determined delay time. The wireless device may stop the monitoring for the paging signal upon or after expiration of the determined delay time. In some aspects, the wireless device may receive an indication of multiple paging signal monitoring occasions from the cell, which may include an indication of a number of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) to be transmitted from the cell and a number of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring occasions per SSB in a paging occasion.

    Abstract: Some examples of the techniques described herein relate to methods, systems, devices, and apparatuses that support reporting enhancements for user equipments (UEs). An aerial UE may be configured to collect data based on aerial UE-specific events or based on a height-dependent area scope. For example, aerial UE events or a height-specific area scope may be utilized to trigger the collection of data. Data may be collected when a collection rule is satisfied. In some approaches, an aerial UE may collect data for height-specific automatic neighbor relation (ANR) tables. For instance, a network entity may configure a UE to report cell global identities (CGIs) of cells detected at a specific altitude or within an altitude range. Successful handover reports (SHRs) or successful primary secondary cell (PSCell) reports (SPRs) may be generated by an aerial UE using one or more data collection triggers.

An access and mobility management function (AMF) may register a configuration of one or more RAN entities to a network repository function (NRF). The AMF may register information associated with a device with a UDM. A network data analytics function (NWDAF) may perform RAN discovery via the NRF, the UDM, or both. The NWDAF may receive an analytics request from a device, and the NWDAF may query the NRF, the UDM, or both for information about one or more targets of the analytics request, and the NWDAF may receive such information from the NRF, the UDM, or both. The NWDAF may transmit a data collection request to the RAN and the NWDAF may receive data back from the RAN.
