    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a base station may use a downlink control information (DCI) message to indicate timing resources to a user equipment (UE) for multiple downlink data repetitions in a slot. In a first implementation, the base station may indicate an explicit time domain resource allocation (TDRA) for one repetition in the TDRA field of the DCI, and the UE may determine implicit TDRAs for the other repetitions based on the explicit TDRA. In a second implementation, the base station may indicate a total TDRA for the full set of repetitions in the TDRA field, and the UE may divide the total TDRA into individual TDRAs for the repetitions. The UE may receive the downlink data repetitions based on determining the TDRAs and may transmit a feedback message in response based on a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) codebook.

    Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems for monitoring control channel candidates in a common search space (or a common search space set) in a wireless communication network. One of the methods is performed at a user equipment (UE).     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource configuration. In one aspect, a base station may schedule a user equipment (UE) for PUCCH transmission based on a time division orthogonal cover code (TD-OCC) or a set of TD-OCCs, a cyclic shift step size or a set of cyclic shift step sizes, a first symbol or a set of first symbols, or a cyclic shift set. The base station may distinguish communications from that UE based on the TD-OCC or set of TD-OCCs, the cyclic shift step size or set of cyclic shift step sizes, the first symbol or set of first symbols, or the cyclic shift set.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A network entity may transmit control signaling to a user equipment (UE) to schedule a downlink message and a set of uplink signals for conveying feedback in response to the downlink message. The downlink message may include a first portion with information for the UE and a second portion with information for the UE and at least one other UE based on a rate splitting procedure. The UE may transmit uplink signaling that indicates one or more UE capabilities, communication parameters, or both. The network entity may determine a time period between a final symbol of the downlink message and a first symbol of the set of uplink symbols, one or more parameters to apply for transmission of the downlink message, or a data rate for the downlink message based on the UE capabilities and parameters reported by the UE.
