    Abstract: Inform a master node about the feasible of secondary node cells during resumption of dual connectivity may require a large message. Additionally, the message may need to be encrypted. A solution to overcome the size and security limitation is to report a short identifier (or index) which is only shared between the UE and the MN. Accordingly, an apparatus, e.g., a UE, may be configured to receive, from a master node, a configuration comprising a mapping of cell identities for a plurality of secondary cells for reporting SN measurements and transmitting an SN report comprising measurements for at least a subset of the plurality of secondary cells using the mapping of cell identities. The apparatus may be configured to receive, from a first master node, a configuration for MN-DC, enter an inactive state or an idle state, and resume a connected state with a second master node.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine to perform a conditional handover procedure to transfer from a source cell to a target cell of a plurality of candidate target cells. The UE may transmit, to the source cell, a conditional handover execution message to indicate the conditional handover procedure to transfer from the source cell to the target cell based at least at least in part on determining to perform the conditional handover procedure. The UE may communicate with the target cell to transfer to the target cell based at least in part on determining to perform the conditional handover procedure. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for configurations for small data transmission by which a user equipment transmits, to a base station, user data within a random access message in a radio resource control inactive state. The user equipment may receive, via broadcast system information and/or unicast messages from the base station, a configuration on support capability or parameters for small data transmission. Based on the received configuration, the user equipment may transmit user data to the base station. The user equipment may transmit a random access preamble on a resource separately reserved for small data transmission.
