    Abstract: Various aspects relate to scheduling reference signals across multiple carriers (e.g., across cells). Signaling may be used to indicate whether reference signals are scheduled across multiple carriers. For example, a single instance of downlink control information (e.g., the downlink control information sent via a single time slot) that schedules multiple carriers (e.g., multiple component carriers) may include an indication of whether reference signals are scheduled for two or more of the scheduled carriers.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to a method of wireless communication. An exemplary method includes formatting a first downlink control information (DCI) to schedule a first plurality of physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs) in a first plurality of cells and transmitting the first DCI in a first physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) to a scheduled entity. Another method includes identifying a search space in a resource element grid within which a control region set (CORESET) is located, decoding the CORESET to obtain a first downlink control information (DCI), determining, from the first DCI, locations in the resource element grid that contain a first plurality of physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs) in a first plurality of cells scheduled for use of the scheduled entity, and decoding data located in the first plurality of PDSCHs.     Abstract: An apparatus receives at least one scheduling grant scheduling transmission on a first data channel and further scheduling a second data channel. The apparatus reduces a transmit power for the transmission on the first data channel with a first beam when a radio frequency (RF) exposure event occurs. The apparatus increases, after the RF exposure event occurs, a transmit power for the transmission on the second data channel with a second beam.
