Abstract: An array substrate, a method for manufacturing the same and a display device are provided. The method includes: providing a base substrate; forming a conductive material thin film on the base substrate; forming a first photoresist layer on a side of the conductive material thin film distal to the base substrate; etching the conductive material thin film by using the first photoresist layer as a mask to obtain a first etched pattern; removing third covering portions of the first photoresist layer to obtain a second photoresist layer; and etching the first etched pattern by using the second photoresist layer as a mask to obtain a gate electrode and a signal line.

Abstract: A display panel includes a substrate; a conductive layer disposed on the substrate; a gate insulating layer disposed on the conductive layer; a gate layer disposed on the gate insulating layer, wherein the gate layer has a thickness larger than a thickness of the conductive layer; a groove extending toward the substrate and punching through the gate layer, orthographic projections of the groove and the conductive layer on the substrate overlapping, and gate layers separated on two sides of the groove being connected to the conductive layer; an interlayer dielectric layer disposed on a side of the gate layer away from the substrate and covering the conductive layer and filling the groove; and an auxiliary electrode layer disposed on the interlayer dielectric layer, wherein the orthographic projections of the auxiliary electrode layer and the gate layer on substrate do not overlap, and the orthographic projections of the auxiliary electrode layer and the groove on the substrate overlap.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing an OLED panel is provided by embodiments of the present disclosure, including following steps of: manufacturing an OLED motherboard which comprises a plurality of OLED panel areas spaced apart from one another, each comprising a display region and a frit package region which is located on a periphery of the display region and is to encapsulate the display region by a frit; and cutting the OLED motherboard along a cutting line to obtain separated OLED panels areas; and the cutting line is located within the frit package region and at a predetermined distance inwards from an edge of the periphery of the frit package region.
