Abstract: User equipment (UE) operation in a single frequency network (SFN). The UE may receive one or more transmission configuration indication (TCI) states corresponding to one or more downlink resources, receive a demodulated reference signal (DMRS) wherein the DMRS is quasi co-located (QCLed) with one or more channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) from multiple cells of a SFN and quasi co-location (QCL) information is included in the one or more TCI and determine a time and frequency offset corresponding to each of the multiple cells based on the CSI-RS.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for signaling in cast-type indication for a wireless communication system may include receiving, at a first user equipment (UE), a first stage sidelink control information (SCI) format from a second UE, decoding the first stage SCI format, determining a second stage SCI format using the decoded first stage SCI format, decoding the second stage SCI format, and determining a sidelink feedback status using the second stage SCI format. The sidelink feedback status may indicate whether sidelink feedback is enabled or not enabled. Second stage SCI content may include a distance setting associated with a communication range between the first UE and the second UE.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus provide for a wireless network to enable multiple-transmission reception point (multi-TRP) uplink (UL) time division multiplexed (TDMed) repetition transmission. The network may receive, from a user equipment (UE), beam measurements of downlink reference signals associated with a plurality of UL transmission beams from the UE to the multi-TRP. Based on criteria associated with the beam measurements received from the UE, the network enables the UE for the multi-TRP UL TDMed repetition transmission using the plurality of UL transmission beams. In addition, or in other scenarios, coordination is provided between the network and the UE to improve UL TDMed repetition transmissions when a UE switches between antenna panels.

Abstract: Techniques described herein include solutions for beam management in sidelink (SL) communications. In some aspects, user equipments (UEs) operating in SL are configured with a SL beam management resource pool by a base station. The SL beam management resource pool may be used to send a beam management message, such as a beam acquisition message, a beam failure recovery message, a beam maintenance message, etc. In some aspects, a resource in the SL beam management resource pool used to transmit the beam management message is selected based on an optimal beam determined by the UE. Resource pool configurations are provided for beamed transmission and beamed receiving, beamed transmission and quasi-omni receiving, and Rx beam training.

Abstract: Methods to enhance the coverage of NR systems for coverage-limited wireless devices are disclosed. A serving base station may configure a coverage-limited UE with parameters for the UE to operate in a coverage enhancement mode through RRC signaling, DCI, or RAR grant. The UE may use the configuration parameters to determine whether to enter into the coverage enhancement mode when connecting and communicating with the serving base station. The configuration parameters may configure the UE to exploit both time diversity and frequency diversity to extend and enhance coverage when receiving the PDSCH and PDCCH channels, when transmitting the PUSCH and PUCCH channel, and when transmitting PUSCH Msg3 during random access. Advantageously, the base station may flexibly and dynamically configure the UE with coverage enhancement parameters to extend the coverage of the UE using time diversity and frequency diversity gains as the UE moves around.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may transmit hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback when part of a group of UEs. The UE receives a radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) associated with a group of UEs that includes the UE. The UE monitors for a signal from one of a cell on which the UE is currently camped or a cell to which the UE is currently connected that is scrambled by the RNTI and includes control information. The UE transmits HARQ feedback to the one of the currently camped cell or currently connected cell, the HARQ feedback associated with the signal and, when the signal is received, performs an operation in response to the control information.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for sounding reference signal (SRS) coverage enhancement. A user equipment device (UE) may receive a configuration for SRS time domain bundling from a base station and may transmit, to the base station, at least one SRS transmission in accordance with the configuration. The RRC parameter may be an SRS-ResourceSet parameter or an SRS-Resource parameter and may include a nrofSlots parameter to indicate the number of slots, where a slot may correspond to an SRS transmission occasion. The MAC CE may include at least four bits indicating the number of slots. The DCI may include at least one field indicating the number of slots.

Abstract: Methods, circuitries, and systems are disclosed for configuring multiple PDSCH/PUSCH transmission with repetition of each transmission. In one example, a method includes receiving, from a base station, control information that indicates i) time domain resources for communication of at least two physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) or at least two physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions and ii) at least one repetition number indicating a number of times each of the at least two PDSCH/PUSCH transmissions is repeated.
