Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode display panel and a display device are provided in the present disclosure. The organic light-emitting diode display panel includes a general display region and a light-transmitting display region, wherein the light-transmitting display region corresponds to an under-screen camera placement region; the organic light-emitting diode display panel further includes an array unit and a light-emitting unit disposed on an upper side of the array unit, and the light-emitting unit includes a cathode layer disposed on a surface of the array unit. The cathode layer includes a second cathode portion corresponding to the light-transmitting display region, and a first cathode portion corresponding to the general display region, and the second cathode portion and the first cathode portion are disconnected from each other to connect different voltages respectively.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention provide a display panel and a display device, including a substrate, an inorganic insulating layer, an organic insulating layer, a light emitting layer, an encapsulation layer and a touch layer. The touch layer includes a first insulating sub-layer and a first metal sub-layer. The first insulating sub-layer is disposed between the touch wirings and the organic insulating portion of the organic insulating layer. By disposing the first insulating sub-layer, the problem of large roughness and poor flatness of surface of the layer after etching is improved, and the overall performance is improved.

Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel comprises a substrate, a source and drain metal layer, a first planarization layer, an auxiliary metal layer, a second planarization layer, an anode and a light emitting pixel. The anode comprises a first anode part corresponding to the light emitting pixel. By removing the auxiliary metal layer directly below the first anode part, the orthographic projection of the auxiliary metal layer on the substrate is outside the orthographic projection of the first anode part on the substrate, which helps to eliminate horizontal diffraction fringes.

Abstract: A display panel is provided. The display panel includes a driving backplane with a connecting electrode, an insulating layer arranged on the connecting electrode, and a light-emitting unit arranged on the driving backplane. The insulating layer includes an opening exposing part of a surface of the connecting electrode. The light-emitting unit is electrically connected with a bump electrode, and the bump electrode is electrically connected with the connecting electrode through the opening. The opening has a ridge and furrow profile, which can increase an area of a sidewall of the opening, such that a contact area between the bump electrode and the sidewall is increased to prevent peeling or cracking between the films.
