摘要: Described herein are fractional slot electric motors with compact crowns. A motor comprises multiple coil elements protruding through a stator core and forming electrical connections with each other and/or with a lead assembly. The lead assembly comprises phase busbars connected to selected coil elements and comprising terminals for connecting to an external power supply. The lead assembly also comprises neutral busbars, with no external connections and internally connected to other coil elements. Each coil element has a rectangular cross-sectional profile to maximize the slot-fill-ratio of the motor, Each coil element is electrically coupled to two other components. For example, each looped coil element is coupled to two other coil elements at a stator side, opposite the lead assembly. Each extended coil element is coupled to another coil element at that same side and coupled to another coil element or a busbar at the lead assembly side.

摘要: A vehicle body for a multi-platform, reconfigurable electric truck includes a front trunk, an extendable bed and barn door tailgates, a sidewall table, and a side step and drawer. The front trunk includes a cover movable between a closed and open positions, and includes panels selectively movable between a retracted and extended positions to form a work surface. A bed extender slides between a retracted and extended positions. Barn door tailgates each move between closed, partially open, and fully open positions and include inner tailgates movable between stowed and deployed positions. The barn door tailgates and the inner tailgates enclose an extended region of a bed when the bed extender is extended position, the barn door tailgates are each partially open, and the inner tailgates are each deployed. The sidewall table folds down from a sidewall, and the drawer pulls out from a sidewall.

摘要: A method includes obtaining sensor data associated with a target object at a host vehicle and identifying relative positions of the target object with reference to the host vehicle over time. The method also includes generating polynomials associated with the target object over time based on the relative positions, where coefficients of each polynomial are based on a magnitude of a covariance of the relative positions used to generate the polynomial. The method further includes generating a weighted combination of the polynomials for the target object, where the weighted combination is a representation of an estimated behavior of the target object. In addition, the method includes determining whether a collision between the host vehicle and the target object is possible based on the weighted combination of the polynomials and, in response to determining that the collision is possible, initiating one or more corrective actions by the host vehicle.

A target object detection and tracking controller is configured to process each of the image frames using pixel measurements extracted from the respective image frame to determine, from the pixel measurements, a predicted time to line crossing for a target vehicle detected in the respective image frame at a time corresponding to capture of the respective image frame.
