    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may identify a set of reference signals (RSs) that are associated with a reduced activation time. The UE may receive activation signaling identifying a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state associated with an RS, of the set of RSs, to be activated for a communication. The UE may perform the communication using the identified TCI state, wherein the identified TCI state is activated within the reduced activation time after the activation signaling is received. Numerous other aspects are described.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity, an indication of a first sidelink grant associated with a first set of resources. The UE may receive, from the network entity, an indication of a second sidelink grant associated with a second set of resources, wherein the first set of resources at least partially overlaps in a time domain with the second set of resources. The UE may perform an action based at least in part on the first set of resources at least partially overlapping in the time domain with the second set of resources. The UE may transmit one or more sidelink messages using at least one of the first sidelink grant or the second sidelink grant based at least in part on performing the action.     Abstract: Method and apparatus for on demand assistance for sidelink communication. The apparatus receives, from a base station, an AN configuration for one or more ANs associated with the base station. The apparatus transmits, to the base station, an AR to request assistance with communication with a second UE from at least one AN associated with the base station. The apparatus receives, from the base station, a grant to schedule sidelink transmission with the second UE. The sidelink transmission with the second UE is assisted by at least one AN of the one or more ANs associated with the base station. The apparatus communicates via sidelink communication with the second UE, via the at least one AN, using allocated resources of the grant from the base station.

    Abstract: A method for wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a reference signal (RS) configuration from a first base station. The RS configuration indicates an RS identifier (ID) of an RS associated with a second base station.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for transmission of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) using adjusted transmit powers. In one aspect, a power offset may be configured for one or more sets of SSBs. The power offset may be configured to be applied for a set of SSBs based on a duplexing mode of one or more of a transmitter wireless node (that transmits an SSB) or a receiver wireless node (that receives the SSB). The duplexing mode may be based on whether the transmitter receiver node or the wireless receiver node is operating in a full-duplex mode or may be based on a resource configuration associated with a resource used to transmit the SSB. Some techniques and apparatuses described herein also provide signaling to support the transmission of SSBs using adjusted transmit powers, and techniques for receiving and processing SSBs that use adjusted transmit powers.
